I am grateful for the hotel staff understanding my health problems & kindly allowing me to change my reservation with Expedia -- they called back on Whatsapp quickly when I was in urgent care. They had already promised a very quiet room -- not many hotels can deliver this, so I appreciate this hotel a lot.

I recently stayed at the Grand boss hotel and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also perfect. The breakfast was amazing and had a wide range of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Mersin.

My family and I booked here for twenty days..everything was excellent 👍 service 24 hours a day, cleaning daily, the staff here are wonderful, polite and nice to everyone. I advise everyone to do this experience.. all the best for the management and staff here.. Thank you, Abdullah

It was great & i would really thabks Abdullah for his help & support specially because he ones arabic he make it easier, concerning the room i took the family room it was comfortable. Ana the hotel locatioj is in the middle of z town you can make shopping aeasily, far from the sea 15min walk

Eğer otobüsle geldiyseniz mersine orda minubus ler var 17 Tl ücret le Metropole variyorsunuz. Ben 1 hafta kaldım çok memnun kaldım. Kötü yorum yapanlar rikabetci firma olabilir. İyi tatiller.
