Mehliya Restaurant Central Asian Cuisine

I tried the lamb skewers on toothpicks at this restaurant offering Uighur cuisine. Unlike typical kebabs, here they serve tender pieces of lamb on toothpicks with plenty of undercooked onions. The meal was delicious and the portions satisfying. Unlike East Asian cuisine, Uighur food is more akin to Anatolian flavors. It might be helpful to ask the waiter for advice regarding the level of spiciness when ordering. The place is very clean. My only critique is that despite visiting three times before, the service was closed during the hours listed on Google Maps. This was my fourth visit, and I finally got to try it.

I can highly recommend this restaurant. It has delicious traditional dishes on the menu. The food was very tasty and varied. The family welcomed us very warmly. However, it has to be said that the dishes are slightly spicy. Probably the Uighurs eat spicy. Price performance is super. I will therefore gladly award 5 stars.

Surprising taste! If it were in Göreme , it would be perfect. Every dish is fresh and delicious, worthy visiting !

I tried Mehliya restaurants food and I love it. Their food is very tasty and they have got many variety. You can choose the taste from sweet to spicy. Price is acceptable as well. Also restaurant is very causy and comforting interior design. I highly recommend everyone who wants to try central Asian Uyghur Turks food.

Tasty food and decent portion. The price is fair. They might be understaffed with cook as it takes a long while for everyone to get their food.

I already had uighur kitchen many times.
Sadly there was a misunderstanding with me being vegetarian. But it's okay more than one Nationality working there and I don't speak Turkish.

Wonderful central asian food!!! Friendly, quality service in this family run establishment. Favorite meal is the karışık makarna. Reminded my of a noodle dish I've had in Bishkek called lagman

The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The peanut chicken (fistik tavuk) and the thick noodles are two of our favorite dishes.

Their dishes are always awesome. This restaurant is a must-try place in Kayseri.

Great food, very large portion. I ordered the small plate and couldn't even finish it.

Yanlış hatırlamıyorsam göşnar ve kavurmalı manper yemiş olabiliriz. Makarnasını da denedik. Yemekler taze ürünlerle hazırlanıyor ve fast food tarzı olmaması hoşuma gitti. Çalışanları farklı ülkelerden olması güzel. Cemil Baba tramvay durağının yanında sakin bir mekan. Porsiyonlar oldukça doyurucu. Yediğim lezzetlerin hepsinden memnun kaldım. Baharatları ve acısı bana hitap etti. Afgan garsonların hizmeti ve mutfaktaki çalışanlara teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Kore mutfağının yaygınlaştığı bu dönemde farklı Asya lezzetlerinin öne çıkması hoşuma gitti. Hamur işi olan yemeği bizim çiğ böreğin daha garnitürlüsü gibi. Genel anlamda memnun kaldım. Tavuk yemeğinin de tadına bakmak istiyorum. Tavsiye ederim. Ulaşımı kolay.

Çok hoş bir restaurant kız arkadaşlarımla gittim Doğu asya yemekleri tatmak için. Yemekler baharatlıydı evet bizim 5 kişiden 2 sine hitap etmedi. Fazla baharatlı buldular ancak bence gayet orantılıydı yapılan yemeğe göre yani. Makarna ve mantı benzeri bi yemek yedik isimlerini hatırlayamıyorum. Ortalama bi fiyat ödedik 5 kişi 400+ gibi bi fiyat ödedik. Porsiyonlar ortalama kişi başı 90-130tl civarıydı.
Atmosferde loş ve hoştu 😊 Umarım daha da büyütürler işletmelerini. Garsonlar da baya ilgiliydi.

Eşimle ve eşimin kız kardeşi ile beraber gittik. Servis biraz yavaş idi ama gelen lezzetler harikaydı. Kavurmalı makarna, lagmen ve biberli kuzu eti 3 kola ile toplam 110 tl hesap tuttu. Özbek ve Uygur mutfağı sevenler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim
