Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Asia, an IHG Hotel

As a flight attendant, hotels are our second home, and the Crowne is a really good place to stay! From the atmosphere of the hotel and the good conditions, but most importantly: the STAFF! All the hotel staff are incredible, always smiling, attentive and ready to help. The breakfast staff are the best!
I just want to highlight two people who deserve to see their work recognized for the excellent way they do it: HABIBE at breakfast makes every morning easier and more relaxed, always with a smile and a warm welcome; and AYGÜL in housekeeping (the best service of any hotel I've ever stayed in around the world) a big recognition for her!
I can’t complain about nothing.

As a pilot, we used many hotels, these is one of my favorites. Very kind people is what make it so special, always smiling and talking to you, especially the girls in the breakfast and Fatmanur in the cleaning team.

Staying here was wonderful. All the staff were helpful and pleasant, and the mall in connected to the hotel. Canan was great and so were many other who I can’t remember their names.

I had the opportunity to stay on this hotel for one month an the experience was amazing l, i would like to thank everyone but especially habibe and nerve from the restaurante personal they always treat everyone with a huge smile and good attitude even at early hours in the morning making your day improve by small details and going even far beyond like remembering my name and my favorite order, the personal from reception,room service, gym facilities cleaning team was amazing as well always willing to help and assist in doubts or needs, this hotel have formed an amazing team in all aspects . Keep the work and will recommended 100%

Hotel is located so close to SAW Airport, The Rooms are so clean, the staff is nice, the Breakfast is perfect and I recommend KARISIK KEBAP (Mixed Kebab) for the launch.

Very nice hotel, with large and comfy rooms, clean bathrooms and with an exceptional breakfast buffet, very close to the Shopping Mall and the airport. (Small remark: the lighting in the rooms could be better, for me it was a bit too dark).

What stood out especially was the extremely helpful staff that supported me after a quite expensive taxi scam in the middle of the night (and managed in the end to sort it all out in the very same night). Thanks a lot for going beyond expectations here! (Btw. this was my only negative experience in Istanbul, besides of that I have only experienced great hospitality and very helpful and friendly people)

Nice hotel with good service if you are on the far east side of Istanbul.

Çanan at the breakfast made an extra effort to care about the customers

Almost living here for 2 months, I would come back every time when needed.

Hotel is well located at the ViaPort Outlet, so we have a lot of great options next to the hotel.

Services are really good, gym, pool, spa, you have everything you need.

Staff is really nice, and Evren, Șehnaz and Murat, from the main desk, are a good few examples. I have been really well treated from everyone.

Crowne Plaza Istanbul is a great hotel with an amazing staff. They make you feel like at home from the first day. From reception, bars, breakfast service, room service to housekeeper department (especial mention to Aygul, housekeeper. She is a great professional) THANK YOU, you all make the difference and the experience unique.

I stayed the night in this beautiful hotel. It is now in my venues when I want to come back to Istanbul again. Very close the venue and the all the staff were amazing. I would especially like to thank Evren, Reyhan and Murat for helping me out every way possible.

Amazing hotel , good position in a big shopping center and close to SAW AirPort .
Breakfast is one of the best, fresh and delicious food ,and the most important, the restaurant personell is simply the best! Very friendly and helpfull,always smiling and taking a moment to say something nice to us ( Halice and Marve are just a few of them,but they are all an incredible team ) .
The rooms are spacious and the cleaning personnel is very attentive !
Also the reception ( Reyhan , Evren and the reat of the crew ) and entrance personell are great and always willing to help and solve any issue!

I have been staying at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Asia for a few for work and it has been a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast. I love the gym and swimming pool. Great hotel and even greater staff that goes out of its way to make you feel at home. In particular I would like to commend two of the staff, Canan and Habibe from the breakfast room. They are very professional, friendly, and smiling.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crown Plaza and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I stayed in this hotel for 2 months (while working in Turkey) and my experience was extremely amazing.
The room is big, bed is comfortable and you can choose between different kind of pillows.
The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety, tasty and fresh food.
The laundry is also good: always quickly and perfect.
From the reception I would like to highlight the work of Reyhan: always smiling and willing to solve any problem I had during my stay.
From the breakfast I will highlight:
* Canan - always welcoming us with a sweet "Good morning" and amazing smile;
* Tufan and Merve - always super smiley, polite and caring while we are having our meal;
* and the AMAZING Habibe - this girl is something special. Her energy, her smile, her willingness to treat you like a special guest is overwhelming. She made every single breakfast I had in this hotel a must.

Very welcome staff and excellent services. Room is very clean and comfortable, well maintained, the house keeping lady Fatmanur is always smiling and does a great job .

The hotel já very good and I am very happy with the hotel team aswell, they are very kind and welcoming, also Deniz is a very good worker that always help me when I need something in my room, supe kind to me.

Amazing hotel! And STAFF! I forgot some stuff at my room after checking out and after two weeks when I arrived back DENIZ was so kind he kept my stuff until I came back and gave it back in person!!! Amazing!! Always happy being back in this hotel!!!
