Uranus Istanbul Topkapi

Only managed to spend a night here, but the rooms were very spacious and clean. My only gripe is that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, but everything else was perfect.

Their breakfast spread was amazing. They serve everything - from scrambled eggs to traditional Turkish breakfast. The wait staff were attentive and helped to clear the dishes once we were done. I only wished I spent more time in this hotel.

I read some pretty ridiculous reviews, so I feel like I need to say something. This hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. The food was 5 stars. I am a foodie in the United States and even the presentation was fantastic. These people complaining about the food are upset about something else. Also, stop complaining about the price… if you want cheaper food, walk outside and go somewhere else. If you want a cheaper hotel, go somewhere else. No one forced you to stay here and if they did and you’re this bothered, you have a wonderful life. I recommend 10/10.

Best hotel of our trip. They park our car for us so don't worry about parking, they really help. Service is 5 star, Özgür abla hosted us very kindly, she asked what else do we need for our room and asked us how is our stay, we had a problem because the room was too hot, apparently the heater temperature is centre so we have no access to control from our rooms. She gave us coffee tea and hot chocolate on our way back. The food in the restaurant are all good good good. Room is nice, location is great, just my parents bed were a little bit tilted but everything else is great. We had one problem, they said we took 3 items from the minibar when we didn't take anything, i don't know what happened, either the items fell or they forgot to refill it, but in the end we wrote a letter to say we didn't take anything. But overall, it's a good stay and we might come back. Thank you Uranus Hotel

It is in the heart of the Topkapi, stuff is really friend and so efficient. Rooms are so spacious and modern.
Food wasn't so great, I suppose it is because I'm not used to Turkish food.

My 15-day stay at Uranus Istanbul Hotel was nothing short of fantastic! From the easy check-in to the friendly staff guiding us to our room and explaining everything, it was a breeze. Special kudos to the cleaner – she was amazing! Despite some negative reviews, she kept our room spotless every single day with a friendly touch that made a difference.

I can't forget Ahmed – he's a true standout. Always ready to help with a great attitude, he made sure we knew we could speak up if anything wasn't right, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay.

Now, let's talk breakfast – a feast indeed! There was a wide variety of tasty options, and the waiters were not just attentive but also super friendly. Those reviews claiming otherwise about the food – totally off the mark! The breakfast offerings at Uranus Istanbul Hotel deserve a chapter of their own in this narrative. A gastronomic adventure awaited us each morning, with a wide variety of delectable options dispelling any misconceptions about the food quality raised by previous reviews. The waitstaff, with their attentive service, and the skilled kitchen team, masterfully crafting each dish, contributed to a culinary experience that transcended expectations. Can’t forget the extraordinary waiters who are beside you what ever you need they are willing to give a hand!!

My experience at Uranus Istanbul Hotel exceeded my expectations. Despite a few bad reviews, I'd wholeheartedly recommend it. Can't wait to book there again next year for another amazing stay with my family. Thank you Uranus team.

My 7 day stay at Hotel Uranus, despite the funny name, was absolutely amazing! The hotel is in a great central location with close proximity to great restaurants, city transit, and little shops and markets. The amenities that the hotel provides are what set this hotel apart from the competition. The beds feel as though I was sleeping on a cloud, and the build quality of the hotel in general just has a very high end feel.

Sadly, I did not find many restaurants around the city where the food quality met my standards. Which is why I was so thankful for the complimentary breakfast that Hotel Uranus offers their guests each morning. This continental breakfast was TOP TIER! That breakfast was one of the things that I looked forward to each day when starting my day there in Istanbul.

From the front desk staff, to the bellman, the staff at Hotel Uranus were all wonderful. Sude was the most accommodating when it came to the hospitality staff. Anytime I needed something, she always there with a smile on her face and eager to help. Sude is a true asset to your team and I will be back to see your wonderful staff again next year. Thank you for a truly amazing experience in your hotel.

Ahmed and all his team are great service people, they go above and beyond , they are happy and smile , their breakfast was delicious and . Me and my brother enjoy the service as we stay , health breakfast warm and fresh food I never imagined their great service, second we came back Ahmed was ready with his smile , he brought his best friendship with as well as his work ethic was very nice he has skills what it takes customer service and loyalty looking forward my staying her for the next three more day much appreciated and great service of his

Breakfast buffet service had a large selection, staff are amazing & kind especially Ahmed! Our room was lovely & clean we had all the necessities needed.

Ali in the breakfast room have us excellent service. Rooms very very decent and ambiance first class . Close to tram line as well as metro very convenient. Great buffet breakfast

Very lovely hotel. Our breakfast buffet was very nice. Everyone was very accommodating. We had sila and sude who were helping us throughout the mornings and were very nice and accommodating during our breakfast service.

I had a great time at this hotel ; Berat and his team were quite attentive and helpful in addressing any issues I had. Definitely recommend the stay! great food !
