Best hotel in Borçka! Rooms are ver clean, staff is very nice and warm from the first moment you enter the hotel.
Besides, You just have to try their "muhlama" and "silör" - the best meals in town as well.
So, Don't leave the hotel without tasting the meals :)

Awesome hotel. Looks great, very clean modern design and huge. Hot water and good pressure. Staff are also super helpful, thank you Mujahid & Abdur Rahman for assisting us with our bags and requests. Despite the language barrier, staff did their best to communicate with us. Breakfast was good too 🙂 thank you!

Great hosts and great service … on our road trip have to say this was the best hotel in terms of cleanliness and room size … only down fall is if you have people in your group who struggle with movement or special needs … the reception and hotel starts after a set of stairs … there is a lift available but that starts from second floor after reception …
Other than that amazing hotel …

Very stylish hotel with huge rooms, a nice breakfast buffet, VERY kind & friendly people (they helped with all the planning, suggested really cool places, and referred us to a great restaurant in Macahel area where we also got some tips about the region), extremely good cleaning every day and very central location. The only suggestion that we have is to place some hooks in the bathroom so that you can hang the towels. But other than that: Thank you!

Otelde bir gece kaldık çok memnun kaldık. Yıldızı olmamasına rağmen 5 yıldızı hak ediyor.
Hem işletmecisi hemde çalışan personel çok yardımcı oldular.

Odalar suit şeklinde; bir double yatak, bir tek kişilik yatak ve bir açılabilir koltuk mevcut. 4 kişilik bit aile için ideal. Borçka ilçesinin tam meydanında. İlçede heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Odalarda ocak, aspiratör, mutfak tezgahı, lavabo mevcut. Duş rahat. Odalar tertemiz. Kahvaltı roofta. Yemyeşil dağ manzarasıyla kuymağa ekmek banıyorsunuz. En cezbedici yanı güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personeli. Sanırım tek olumsuz yanı resepsiyonun 1. katta olması ve oraya yalnız merdivenle çıkılması. Pusetler ve yaşlılar için sorun olabilir ama personel hemen yardımınıza yetişiyor. Dinamik aileler ve gezginler için bu bir sorun olmaz. Özetle her ihtiyacınıza yetişilen, nezih bir aile oteli.

Çok lüks, temiz,geniş ,göz zevkine hitap eden ,yatak odasının da ayrı olduğu bir oteldi...konum olarak merkezi yerdeydi.ayrica personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü idi.. ramazan ayında gitmiştik ,sahurda çok yardımcı oldular... bir daha yolumuz borçka ya düşerse kalacağımız yer belli ...

Kesinlikle muhteşem bir otel. İlk girişten itibaren çok ilgililer. Odalar çok konforlu. Kahvaltı kuzine sobasının yanında Çoruh nehri manzarasıyla yapabilirsiniz. Çok keyif aldığım bir konaklama oldu. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Merkezi konumda, bol seçenekli açık büfe kahvaltısı, güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olan çalışanları ile adeta evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz
