It was a wonderful day.. I can only say this..

I stayed with my girlfriend, the reception was very kind, especially the breakfast was incredibly good.

We just had breakfast ,it's an astonishing place, the food was perfect, service was good and the view was marvellous.

Everything was amazing the view and location, the breakfast really delicious, they all friendly and kind but the tomruk balcony it's one room with 1 queen bed and one single and sofa so it's really small for 4 adults just be careful of that.
Special regards to zeytin the lovely dog ❤❤

We only stopped to have lunch here but its very well kept and beautiful.

This place is a very welcome stop along a scenic olive country road. It offers a beautiful view of the lake, with a pier like deck extending into the water. There are ducks geese and cats that expect bread crumbs and leftovers from you when you're done eating. And all of them are very polite. A few dogs roam about on the shores too. The food is good and reasonably priced. The staff are hospitable and eager to help. There are cottages available for rent behind the restaurant.

This is one of our favourite places for breakfast. It's beautiful, full of home and wild birds, and has some other animals. Beautiful view on Iznik Lake. Breakfast is so delicious 😋. Also they have cabins, caravans and rooms for staying in. Nice sandy beach. There is plenty of parking area. Located around 40 km from Iznik City between olive gardens. They serve breakfast till 2 pm. Very recommended!

Amazing place, full of stuff to do, swimming pool, berbecue restaurant, cafe, outdoor cinema at night, and the lake color at this time of year is turquoise! Beautiful! There are many geese and birds along the lake, but also flies.
The food was good, the options mainly were burgers and köfte, and also the berbecue in the other restaurant. Big good breakfast was included with staying in the hotel.
Overall a very nice experience that we enjoyed ☺👍🏻

We had a dinner in the restaurant today! It was soooo good! Great delicious food, very fast service and polite, nice waiters. The nature is so picturesque 💛 I have ordered some lake fish. It was very fresh and tasty, served with some greens. Great job, guys!

You can rent bungalows or caravans the other option to stay over night is tent camping. There has very nice view, a little zoo, perfect place to have breakfast with friends or family. Its a good place to bring young kids

Pleasant place, the scenery becomes more beautiful in spring and autumn seasons.

After we booked, we read some reviews and felt trepidation but have to admit that all ours fears were unfounded. The hotel might be 2 stars but the service was 5 stars! We stayed at a bungalow suite and the view was spectacular. We couldn't use the pool as it was winter but we enjoyed the scene as we savored hot FREE tea from a thermos delivered to our room. We had an infant and a toddler with us so availed a baby crib and sofa bed and can vouch that both were clean and comfortable. There was also a Jacuzzi in our room which was a wonderful mini pool for our toddler :) buffet breakfast is complimentary with the rooms and open till 2 pm. They have one restaurant with a basic menu that is open till 11 pm. It is a small place but has varied walks along the lake with a pier, a pebbled beach, a terrace seating plus swings and hammocks. They have a small zoo, a pony, lots of friendly cats and dogs and we were blessed to see the newborn puppies of their resident dog, Zeytin. People who work here are friendly and very quick to respond to queries. We booked them through a grupanya voucher.

I travelled this lake all around and this might be the best place. If you are coming with kids most definetely. There are other smalll beaches, but they are not so nice. Here you find restaurants, a hotel, and even a small zoo, or other activities for children. Come and have a good time!

We went to Askania just for a walk. This is a very nice place, I like decoration very much. There are cafe and self service tables with a very picturesque view on Iznik lake. There is a small zoo with domestic birds and bunnies. You can come and stay in wooden house, caravan, tree house or book a place for your own tent.

Beautiful place on the lake.

One of the most beautiful places I have been to. Next time I am going to book a cabin or a caravan for a weekend break because they looked very nice and exciting.

Very large, natural and beautifully designed place. It embraces the lake and nature. There is lots of animals to see and pet. Breakfast was not special but good. But you go for animals and nature anyway.

If you are in Iznik, Askania is a must to visit especially with family. It is an open restaurant at seaside having child play area too.
Food is delicious.

It's the best place to stay and spend sometime near lake İznik. It's located 15 -20 kms away from İznik's center. The place is nice,calm and peaceful. There are wooden houses,caravans and tent places to sleep. The view is really nice when it's sunshine or sunset! You can swim in the lake,drink your beverages and enjoy with the view.
It's only a bit loudy at nights because it's located near the main road and cars make some noise. The price is normal. I highly recommend to stay or spend sometime.
