5th floor of the hospital is were we have been staying for our treatment.. the Nurses have been exspecianal it terms of kindness and service they have been doing there job at a high level.... doctors did a great job regarding the operation. hospital is very clean and people here are friendly and ready to help.... the University Medicine Hastanesi is a very good hospital

Very professional hospital with great doctors and with helpful nurses.I was in orthopedy part of hospital. Doctors were unbelievable professional. Special thanks to nurse Ayca Beyza Ozden.She helped and motivated me in my treatment time.

Mehmet nurse , hanife nurse has been exceptional. Although there has been a language barrier he has tried to explain everything through Google translate and has been very helpful and friendly and nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you for making everything a little easier x

Great hospital with kind and helpful staff and professional doctors.Especially I want to suggest you orthopedy part of this hospital. And i want to say thank you to all nurses and especially to miss Sude Donmez who was always with me and support me mentally and professionally in my operation period and after.

This was a great experience in this hospital. Everything was smooth and on time. especially mrs fikriye aytekin who was responsible for us.. She made us feel very comfortable and at ease during all the procces.

I am very happy with the surgery team, Dr. Hanifi and the nurses Khadija and Chaima and the entire cleaning and kitchen nursing team, very hard-working and kind, thank you for your help.❤❤❤❤

I can not understand why Medicines ratings are so low? The hospital is so clean, the staff are amazing, the Nurses are so caring. There was absolutely nothing to fault. You are met at the airport, the translator meets you as you step out of the taxi, and shows you to your room. You will basically be treated like royalty. The trip home was with assistance through Istanbul Airport, and an arrangement had been made for assistance as we stepped from the plane.
You can visit Medicine Hospital with full confidence, your care will be professional whilst remaining kind and caring. Thank you guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

How anyone can write a bad review about this amazing outstanding hospital I will never ever know ! I have just had breast augmentation and I’m a 23 year old women travelled alone to this country and was very scared ! But I have had the most best experience travelling from England !!! My mentor Bruce copper was absolutely amazing start to finish !! 1000/10000 for me ! And my other co ordinate Mark sorting all my transfer and pick ups I was met at the airport taken to hotel and everything was just spot on I mean perfect the nursers staff the translators everyone in this hospital has been fantastic to me 🥹 thankyou so much Istanbul I absolutely love you all and you have changed my life completely !!!! I look forward to seeing you in the future I wish I could write more please don’t listen to any bad reviews because they are really not true I’m sad to go home thankyou !!!! Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I was here for fibroid embolization and was attended by Dr Ali Yurtlak (radiologist)And Dr Ahmet kahveci helped me in my hospitalization, honestly i was very well, despite my many many question and doubts Dr Ahmet was there to answer all my concern while being extremely patient and helpful, my treatment went well and my recovery was quick! May God bless Dr Ali and Dr Ahmet for treating me well.

I came here via Medaway and I do not understand why there are so many bad reviews. The staff here are excellent, really nice, friendly and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. A lot do not speak English but I am in turkey so I would not have expected this.

The staff work long hours to provide for their families and do an excellent job.

My mother had a face and neck lift procedure, we were transferred to the 7th floor. And the night shift staff called, Seap Derse and Halise Bot were very helpful. They supported us with our requests. And they were especially very patient. Compared to the other floors, the nurses are very rude and unhelpful. But these two women were amazing. Thanks to them our stay in the hospital was very pleasant.

I have been many hospital in Istanbul. But this one is the best about employee attention, interest and care. I brought my father with government hospital referral. I mean, even without payment they behave very well to patients. A bit far from my home. I hope we won't need again to come but if needed, I will always choice this hospital for next times because of their attention and quality service.

I had a hair transplant a week ago they did a great job, I love my results. And also I want to say thanks to Hadii he is the best Coordinator. He was very helpful, He supported me with my request. I’m from NYC thanks Hadii and classic hair clinic.

I really like the entire staff, I had a hair implant with them, they were very profissional starting with the person that arranged all the procedures. I’m very happy with the results and everything else. I really recommend.
