This was among the places we wanted to visit for a long time, but was able to do just last week - totally enjoyed it! One of the best döner in Turkey (not Izmir), such lean and juicy cuts. Be aware that portion is huge (200 g)! Price seems a little high but considering the portion it’s quite decent. Well recommended if you’re ever in Izmir!

Best Döner in city. Outperforms with big difference. They are fast paced and service quality is great. You should try ayran (open ayran) and desert they serve.

Best of the best. It is the only doner place I go to. Higher prices comparing to esnaf lokantasi but worth it. They deserve the award they received. Doner was 35 TL with salad and lavas bread. Their awesome dessert was 13. We paid 190 for doner, dessert and ayran for 4 people

Dönerci vedat has incredibly good döner meat, it is traditionally served with onions and flat bread, without any unnecessary side dishes. Unfortunately hard to find these kind of places anymore.
What do drink with? Of course ice-cold ayran (salty yoghurt drink).

Definitely a must-go fancy restaurant where you will enjoy the best of the best döner served! Quality meat, grilled to your taste, clean, neat, friendly and all precautions taken for covid-19!

It is one of the best "meat" doner that you can eat in İzmir. Döner made of lamb usually have a smell. Most places also use ground beef when they are preparing doner. I believe the type of döner you would like is just a personal choice.

They are good at what they are doing and I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely restaurant with lots of tables. Prebooking is recommended though. We enjoyed our food. Serving was fast.
