Clear communication, kind and informative employees. The car itself was alright, a basic FIAT Egea with 97k km, but it did the job and you get what you pay for, so no complaints.

So considering price paid against service received, I am satisfied.

Nice & helpful people at this agency, pickup and return was smooth and quick. Clean and good condition vehicle provided. Definitely recommended.

Really good car rental company in Antalya. We got picked up at the airport in our rental car, it was a pretty new (27k km) Fiat Egea, exactly as the booking online said.
We could pay easily with our regular credit card without them forcing us to add another insurance (as I've heard many car rental companies do in Turkey) and were out of there and off to vacation after 10 minutes.
When we returned the car, everything was fine and we were taken back to the airport directly.
Communication before our arrival and before returning the car was super easy and friendly via Whatsapp.
Good choice here for a rental car in Antalya!

Great company! We took the car for a week. We were met at the airport and taken to the office in our car. The whole process of registration was very fast, everything was explained and shown in detail. The car was clean and new, with a small defect, which was fixed. There were no problems on the road. The company's employees gave their Whatsapp and always answered our questions promptly. We handed over the car at the airport itself, we arrived a little earlier than the appointed time, wrote about it, and received the answer that this was not a problem and they could drive up in 5 minutes and pick up the car.

I had a great experience with addCar at Bodrum airport with Ugur and his team. Ryanair had changed the flight schedule omitting to change the car rental dates, and addCar was accommodating as they changed the date less than 2 days before arrival. The collection as well as the return went smoothly with no delays whatsoever. addCar communicated with WhatsApp; what a refreshing / up-to-date way to communicate, ahead of many other car rentals who are stuck with old communication styles, in my opinion. I liked this company for their down to earth approach and ease of communication. It was competitively priced too. I'll book again through them next time I come to Turkey.

We also had a great experience as many others. Picked up from the arrivals terminal, went to the office, did 10 mins of paperwork and walk around and left.

Car was new and clean. Return process was just as simple as the pick up. For me a big plus that no credit card needed, cash acceptable and the 4k km fair usage policy as we travelled a lot.

It was a great experience. From the A to Z , talking to them, getting the car, their online support... till the last day when we had to return the car ... everything was super smooth and easy. We never faced any problem with them or with the car. We had the car for about 22 days. The price is very decent and the cars they provide are truly in good condition and clean. We chose the company with the lowest price. The place of acceptance of the car was changed without any problems at our request. It was convenient and accepted. The car we received was a class higher, which also pleased us. No drawbacks and problems during the entire rental period, as well as when returning the car to the airport.

I had a great experience using AddCar. Their partner EXL rentals had met me at the Dalaman airport with the vehicle, had me sign some paper work and I was on my way shortly thereafter.

I used the car for 12 days to travel through the coast of Turkey's Mediterranean. It was an absolutely amazing experience. I got to see so much with the car rental.

Highly recommended. Car was in a good condition (new), deposit was returned after 7 days as explained, car delivery and pick up on time, fuel policy was fine. Child / booster seats were also good. Easy communication via whatsapp, last but not least -- they do speak English.

The right place if you are looking for affordable prices and professional service. In car rental, even they offer 1% cheaper, people tend to looking for the cheapest price as psychologically. But when you encounter a problem, many of company do not solve the problem. So most of them may make you regret. If you looking for the best price/performance, I thing this is the right place. I was very pleased by the services provided by AddCar rental.
The representative welcomed us at the exit of the airport, helped to charge our luggage. The same way he was already waiting for us on our return trip in order to get the car back. They are really reactive and can be joined via Whatsapp.
