I was in this hospital two days ago. I am amazed at the awful lies of some who left disgusting comments. When you carefully read it, you can see that the person was dissatisfied with the price and immediately wrote about poor service. I want to convince everybody the service is excellent. My warm thanks to this hospital and especially to manager Lachina for their prompt assistance. During my vacation I caught a cold and needed to see an Otorhinolaryngologist. My insurance company gave me the address of the clinic, when I came Lachina organized my visit in the best way. She was friendly and ready to help. Really high level of organization and consultation of professional doctor, who put the diagnosis and made prescriptions. Highly recommend this hospital, if you need medical help in Antalya. My experience at this hospital was very good due to the translator Maria who made me feel at home and was very professional. I was due an emergency c-section and Maria stayed with me throughout the procedure ensuring that I felt comfortable and that I knew exactly what was going on, once the baby had been born we returned to the hospital for the baby's check ups and Maria helped us with the appointments and made sure that we were given English speaking doctors.

took my mother here for check up when another hospital asked her to get operated. Doctor was very helpful and saved us from unnecessary operation. Their patient co ordinator Sena made everything smooth and easy. without her i dont think our experience would have been as pleasant. she was very good at her job. speaks perfect english, so if anyone has language issues, ask for her at reception and she will take care of everything for you.

I felt like home when I went to this hospital. Dr Giray followed my condition for more than a week until I got better. I'd like to give a special thank to the wonderful translator Klaudia, without her I couldn't be able to understand the doctor's consultation. Really thank you 🙌

I came to Akdeniz Sifa with impacted earwax. I went on Facebook to ask for doctor recommendations. Klaudia (Maria) Cesar, one of the workers at Akdeniz Sifa, helped me schedule an appointment with the hospital’s ENT on the very next day. I didn’t even need to call or go anywhere.

Maria personally greeted me at the front desk. She also interpreted between Turkish and English at check-in and
during the procedure. It’s hard being a “yabangee” (foreigner) in Turkey, but this experience was amazing because I actually had someone on my side. The procedure itself was painless, professional, and the doctor took the time to explain how to protect my ears.

To my great surprise, I ended up paying nothing because my medical insurance that I got for my residency permit happened to cover the procedure.

Even though I live really far away in Konyaalti, I would gladly come here again. If you are a foreigner, I would highly recommend contacting Maria. She speaks Turkish, English, Polish, Russian, and German!

This clinic is not so far from my house and we went there for blood tests and so.
A very especial THANK YOU for the Patient Advisor Sena. She not only translated us, but what is more she accompanied us all the time. She treated us as we were her relatives. Sena is a really precious employee, because such people make us come back again. Thank you.

And a very special thank you for Yıldız hanim, a woman who takes blood tests. She's is so high qualified. She managed to take the blood test from my mom easily, inspite of the fact that my mom has very complicated situation with her veins.

I went hospital for my son check up to Dr.I got an English speaking interpreter right away even when I ask for Interpreter .Doctor and nurses were all friendly. We were in holiday in Turkey and my wife had an urgent surgery. No complain as the doctors, nurses and stuff were very helpful. Big thanks to the nurse Esra and the translator that unfortunately I cannot remember the name.

I was with my mom in the Hospital becaus of her Ilness,she fell not well.After the entry the translator lady,she help us with visit in the Doctor and treatmens.So we wont say thank you for Mrs.Maria.

Хочу поделиться отзывом посещения клиники! На мой взгляд произошло какое-то чудо! Мы обратились в больницу с ребенком (7 лет) с растяжением ноги. Не могла наступать и сгибать ногу. При приезде нас встретила русскоговорящая сотрудница Алмаша, ребенка усадили в кресло-каталку и направили к ортопеду. Приняли довольно быстро, сделали рентген, выписали мазь...
Но чудо не в этом )) Пока ждали приема, разговорились с Алмашей о другой проблеме - несколько месяцев у ребенка на щеке росла киста. Никто из врачей не хотел браться за операцию, нас направляли в разные клиники и к разным специалистам. В Москве операцию по разным причинам переносили и мы уже были в отчаянии, т к. операция на лице с большой кистой - это очень опасно.
Алмаша предложила обратиться к местному Лору, чему я очень удивилась. Но оказалось, что Лор занимается в том числе операциями лицевой части. После осмотра и УЗИ он сказал, что готов взять нас на операцию и уже через день мы были в больнице!
Нам выделили отдельную палату, очень быстро всё оформили, взяли все анализы и через час ребенка уже прооперировали!
Всё прошло отлично, доктор сделал очень небольшой эстетичный надрез. После операции сделали несколько капельниц и уже к вечеру ребенок был в отличном состоянии, чтобы ехать домой )
Огромное спасибо доктору Dr Giray Аynalı за оперативную и качественную помощь! Это чудо, что такой специалист случайно оказался на нашем пути и сделал сложнейшую операцию без проблем!

Большую благодарность хочу выразить доктору Эсмире Ахмадовой, которая решила мою проблему. На первом же приёме приятная, милая девушка сказала как решить проблему, чего не могли мне сказать в Казахстане, Беларуси, Грузии и России. Доктор Эсмира Ахмадова провела мне сложную операцию, подготовившись к ней очень хорошо. Таких грамотных врачей я не встречала ещё. Я рада, что попала именно к ней.
И во всем этом мне помогала переводчица Алмаша, которая как нянечка бегала со мной. Алмаша, всегда относится с заботой, всегда приятно обращаться за помощью к ней и знаешь, что она поможет.

dem Standard in Deutschland vergleichbar.
Ein bisschen Türkisch, ein
bisschen Englisch und ein
bisschen Deutsch. Wir sind gut klar gekommen. Die Ärzte sowie das gesamte Team sind alle durchweg sehr lieb!
