Beautiful amazing food, clean and made with care. Portions are big and a great value for money. Menu is extensive and lots to choose from.
Ambience is fantastic, nice fireplace inside, lots and lots of English books available for the book lover. A nice place for afternoon tea to relax and enjoy the slow place

The best cafe in Ayvalık with it's book lover's vintage ambiance with wood fire. It's full even in winter though.

Café Ares is superb. There are several seating areas, the staff are friendly and the food is amazing. We had the all day breakfast, which consisted of 10 meze dishes, bread, sweet rolls.... Fantastic value. Highly recommended! The manager is open and cultured.

One of the best restaurants in the area. The menu is only in Turkish, but some of the staff does speak English so we were able to get the details we needed. Food and drinks were great, the location is also very beautiful and cozy.

Cozy place for breakfast, lunch or afternoon cafe. Loved the decoration, sweet and antique. Food is great and staff is very helpful. They have many choices, tables on the street, interior patio, livingroom or 2nd floor for non smokers. Italian coffee machine. Many books available. This place is perfect for reading, writing or doing some computer work.

We had a late lunch in Ares Cafe and the food was very delicious. The tomato soup with mozzarella was wonderful and the spinach gozleme were very good. The service was pretty fast and prices are more than reasonable. I also liked the decorations. I highly recommend this place.

Hamburgers are really tasty. Price performance is good. Service is a bit slow and I advise you to repeat and handshake what you requested in order to eliminate the confusion.
