Tirit is mazing food! The combination of tastes party in your mouth. By far my most favorite dish in Konya. And this place does it right. Followed by Zerde which was also to perfection. A bit pricey but worth every penny. Highly recommend!

This dish is perfect. It's called Tirit meat and paper and tomato coming with yogurt and bread they put it in oven. And it's really fantastic. The menu has only 3 items this dish and dessert called Zerde and water. The price is good The dish is big and it's cost 38 Turkish kira.

Tirit, one of the famous dishe of Konya cuisine. I tried this dish in different places.
Tiritci Mithat is the best of the best, never find this taste in other restaurants. My advice, go for the portion 1.5 💪🏻💪🏻.
Unfortunately this restaurant closes early maximum 18.00, so be prepared from the morning. Enjoy again.

Every time I go to Konya I used to eat etliekmek first but every since I discovered this place its my first go to! Very unique taste definitely worth to try, you won’t regret it!

I chose the place on the basis of my two rules of thumb..
Specialised in only one dish- they have to get it right.
Packed with locals- they know where to find the best quality and value.

Tirit is local dish. Lamb, barbecued is put on top of bread crumbs, butter and Yugurt make the sauce (pretty much like Iskender but the latter is with tomato sauce). Add Summac on top, divine. Visiting Konya without sampling this delicacy is a huge mistake. Expect to see a queue (15 minutes on average)

They only serve one type of food which is kinda close to Islander Kebab with different spices. It’s highly recommended and super delicious

Sometimes need to wait about 10 minutes. But it deserves. Amazing taste. A little bit expensive.
