I recently had the pleasure of visiting Faith Mosque, and I must say it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the mosque, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the members of the community. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, creating a sense of peace and tranquility.

The atmosphere in this mosque is wonderful. The architecture inside & outside is so beautiful, reminds me of the old days in my hometown. Al-Fatih mosque is one of the famous prayer places here in Istanbul. A lot of people come to visit it & the location of in the middle of the city. I recommend to visit it.

One of the biggest Ottomon era mosque in Istanbul. Its architecture is impressive, with intricate patterns and elegant domes. Inside, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the prayer hall was spacious, allowing for a sense of tranquility.

Inside the Mosque and Mosque Yard, kids are playing around, random people are spending their time which adds beauty to the mosque in my opinion. In one word it’s absolutely perfect. You will feel spiritual peace there✌

This masjid (mosque) is breathtaking, the architecture is beautiful and the outdoor area is very comforting. This masjid is also home to the grave of Sultan Mehmed.

Love this masjid and love the spiritual vibes and frequency! Even the dogs and cats are peaceful. A wonderful place to meet friends and enjoy Turkish tea and kunafe purchased from one of the shops in the old, cobblestone neighborhood just a few feet away.

During my visit, I had the privilege of witnessing a prayer service, and it was a moving experience to see the devotion and unity of the worshippers. The mosque's inclusive and welcoming environment makes it a place where people from all walks of life can come together in prayer and reflection.

Moreover, the location of the Fatih Mosque offers easy accessibility, making it a must-visit for both tourists and locals interested in exploring Istanbul's cultural and religious heritage.

Very clean very nice atmosphere I really love it and i will always visit hopefully i will recommend everyone to go.

Al-Fateh Mosque is an old historical mosque and it is relative to Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror The place is a mosque and a large courtyard not a place for tourism as much as it is a holy place for prayer 😁

Very beautiful mosque in a very conservative area of Istanbul.

One of the most beautiful Mosques we have come across during our stay in Istanbul.

Super nice mosque, enormous inside, very pretty but not ornate (no mosaics). Great family atmosphere, kids running around quietly, folks picnicing and playing soccer on the grounds. Not many tourists so not frantic high-energy like other more famous mosques in town.

Construction very similar to Sulrymaniye.

Not easy to get to, about 1600m from metro stop viznicilsar.

If you like the story of costantinopolis then you should see it because FATIH sultan mehmet is buried there. Very impressive Mosque and tomb.

I was here with my family on the eve of Eid al-Adha. It was blissful and calm here, there were few people, there were fountains and restaurants around. Pleasant promenade with a pier nearby

Don’t miss this mosque. It’s a lovely place to buy coffee and sit in the grass or on one of the benches. If you go on Wednesday you can also visit the market (çarşamba pazarı) which is next to the mosque.

Very nice, peaceful, big, clean and beautiful place. The ablution rooms, toilets are clean and for free. One of the most favorite mosques for me. Many chairs for sitting and lovely cats sharing the sit and the food with you .

It is a beautiful mosque. I was quite impressed because is more than a mosque. It a place when people reunite, pray, children play ball, families stroll around. It is a place of union.

Absolutely loved this gem of a masjid. It had such an amazing feel. Sultan mehmets tomb is beautiful . the area around the masjid is also great we went for a lovely walk and got some baklava from a bakery. It was delicious and a fraction of the price compared to sultanahemt.
