Hôtel Royal Garden Palace

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff was very nice. the room was beautiful and always perfectly cleaned. Food was fantastic, selection average, but the taste was delicious.
What I appreciate, none of the staff tried to push me to a positive review of the hotel. The only minus for somebody might be that the hotel is relatively quiet and nothing much happens there. Program for the evening is always the same - people can dance with the animators, for me thats boring.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Food choice is great with something for everyone and most of the hot dishes cooked in front of you. The desert / patisserie offering was as good as anything you'll find in France. The large pool and surrounding area was great for relaxing and they have very well kept gardens all around the hotel. The beach is just a few metres walk from the hotel but not in use for sunbathing in March. The rooms are bright airy and very clean. There is a Spa where treatments and massages are very reasonably priced. The golf course is in great condition and we really enjoyed playing there. It's a great hotel for a week or relaxing, good food and drink and sun. One point ..we visited in March so the hotel is not that busy .

We stayed from 23 til 29 of july. Our stay was super nice, the hotel is clean, fun and with a really beautiful beach. We wanted to say thank you to Sihem, Bechir and Farhat from reception that they helped us during our stay, special thanks to Rafaa that really went beyond with his service at lunch and dinner, and the intern in the tunisian restaurant Scheme. Also thanks to Bedii and Raouf.
one thing to look for hopefully next visit will be better is the service in the bar night and the smile in breakfast

The food was spectacular, I just left this Saturday they had everything I am extremely pleased and will come again, I have to give a shout-out to the server Hicham, who remembered what we drink, remembered where we sit and even gave me a cup of water to wash my hands, truly amazing performance, he was kind, polite and friendly, I literally cannot praise him enough. As of housekeeping Jamila did fantastic, after a storm our balcony was drenched in sand, as a magician Jamila cleaned everything perfectly even managed to make a towel swan in about 30 minutes, she always smiled and was welcoming. The hotel was amazing, food, pool, animation, everything I’m beyond pleased I’m coming back next year with my entire family!! Wifi across the entire hotel animation for both children and adults, delicious drinks

A great place to spend holiday. Very clean rooms, extremly friendly staff, a very high standard of service, delicious food, clean beach and beautiful, warm see. I will come back there for sure. I recomend!

After that we booked on Ija app, as a group of 4 the security prevented us from getting to the Maya Beach Bar for no reason. Horrible security at entrance. The reception was really bad as well, they told us simply even booked we don't like you to get in. Avoid if possible.
