The 5 stars are really deserved. Best hotel in Tunisia. The personnel was so friendly. The food is variated. Nice rooms and very impressive welcoming. I really recommend it.

I also want to note that you should not be afraid of people outside the hotel, we found a wonderful person near the beach with whom we rode horses and a hydro scooter, Mohsen Cheval (check him on Google Maps) 🐴

I stay there in 2019 and it was amazing. Clean and food was delicious. Staff was helpful, nice and they make us feel very welcome. It was one of the best place that I have ever been.

We had a wonderful stay at Ulysee Djerba during high season in August 2022. Youcef, the chief of reception managed to give us a room for one night even though they were fully booked; however, he made it clear that we could not extend our stay as we were planning to, and we really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. The last thing we needed at that time is another surprise after a very unpleasant experience in another hotel in Djerba. The hotel was excellent from the stuff, the hygiene and the food to the beach and everything. We as newlyweds, we enjoyed very much our one night stay in there, and we highly recommend it. I would like to thank the hotel for incredible attitude and atmosphere! I am an experienced traveller but Ulysse Djerba Thalasso & Spa is the best one in Djerba.

My sincere thanks go to the highly professional team of the hotel and especially to the manager of reception, who received us on our first day, 2nd October, and turned out to be probably the best staff member I have ever met in a hotel. Room was brilliant. He made us an upgrade free of charge, and we had an amazing room with fantastic private swimming pool. He was always ready to help and has a gift for making us feel special, always! Thank you so much for your kindness and courtesy!

I have been there with my husband and mother for my birthday, and the hotel prepared a really thoughtful surprise for me: a delicious and big cake after a gorgeous dinner at the restaurant a la carte. I wasn't expecting it, and it really made my night. The cake was sooooooo good, that almost forgot I am getting old! 🙈

The rooms are beautifully decorated, the view is priceless. The hotel is spotless, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom, the towels, all is perfect! Food is beyond delicious and always a great choice to choose from, specially the breakfast. We received a lot of surprises, tasty cakes, fruits, cocktails and typical Tunisian dishes.

Highly recommended for everyone who wants great rest and service to stay here. I can tell they put a lot of effort into ensuring your comfort and happiness.

I have stayed in the hotel for two weeks beggining September 2020 and I have to say that it was absolutely perfect.
Especially considering all the economic and social problems of Covid!

The food: fresh, huge variety, enough for everybody, nicely arranged too :)

Cleanliness: absolutely great, you can see them cleaning all the time all parts of the hotel

Space: we did not have a lot of people in the hotel so there was always space everywhere-pool, sea chairs, dining room, bar...

Personel: everybody is very nice and friendly, always willing to help and assist

Location: right on the beach.. no need to walk far to get to the sea, you can lie by the pool and go the sea/pool as you wish

I would recommend this hotel and I would come back again.

Have to give 5 stars, there is a lot of improvements needed here but overall it is a nice place, good food, great location, great servers, reception sucks that’s true but the managers and guest desk is a prime, if not for other plans will definitely come back ))

Excellent hôtel pour passer des vacances hors saison.
L' hôtel est très propre et les jardins sont bien entretenus.
Le personnel est très poli et serviable.
La cuisine est parfaite, il y en a pour tous les goûts que se soit du petit déjeuner au repas du midi et au diner du soir.
La chambre standard est très bien aménagée
les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours, le frigo ravitaillé également.
J' ai passé une excellente semaine dans cette hôtel et je le recommande

Hôtel très bien situé, face à la mer. Grande piscine extérieure ( non chauffée )et piscine couverte ( chauffée ) aussi. Accès à la plage privée . Salle de sport, boulodrome , tennis, ping pong, des animations proposées tout au long de la journée et le soir au bar lounge. Tous les animateurs sont vraiment sympas . Pour les excursions et les conseils , Ali est vraiment top! Ainsi que Tahar grâce à qui nous avons fait 3 h de dromadaire. C'était incroyable. Ils sont d'une gentillesse incroyable. Les photographes aussi vraiment top!!! Et drôles .et pros ! Notre femme de chambre avait chaque jour des attentions pour nous. Nous avons adoré cela. Chambre très propre avec une belle vue mer et un coin salon très joli avec la petite fenêtre typique. Du côté restauration, nous étions ravis aussi. Buffet propre, variés, quelques soirées à thème. Les cuisiniers adorables. Notre serveur Ibrahim était aussi d'une gentillesse incroyable. Vraiment tout le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une gentillesse sincère. D'ailleurs tous les Djerbiens que nous avons croisés le sont aussi ( taxis, vendeurs...). Merci à l'hôtel Ulysse pour ce superbe séjour.
Le seul point négatif de notre voyage est la saleté générale sur l' île ( sauf à l'hôtel bien sûr ) . C'est dommage ! Quand on a une si belle île , de voir tous ces plastiques partout !

Nous avons passés en famille presque 2 semaines de vacances mi février.
Très belle hôtel avec un service très agréable. Du personnel au petit soin.Un wifi efficace.
Restaurant délicieux. En self. De belle qualité.
Des cours de fitness et de danse avec une équipe d’animation adorable. Une salle de sport très agréable que j’ai utilise tous les jours.
Un spa agréable. Avec une piscine à l’eau de mer chauffée ! Une deuxième piscine chauffée intérieur accessible à tous enfants compris. Des soins de bonne qualité pour le prix. Service de coiffure également en sus.

Je voudrais faire une dédicace spécial à Helmi qui veut qu’on l’appelle Chinois. Il tient d’une main de maître avec beaucoup de motivation et d’affection le mini club. Mes enfants de 4 et 5 ans l’ont adoré et voulais y retourner chaque jour. Pour le plaisir des parents ;). Très belle rencontre 💚

Bref hors saisons estivale je recommande à 2000% ce lieu de repos et joie. Hôtel sérieux.

Spędziłam w tym hotelu tydzien w lutym. Pokoje oceniam wysoko bo sa czyste. Woda i napoje codziennie uzupelniano. Dobrze, że w hotelu znajduje sie basen kryty ponieważ woda w basenie zewnetrznym nie byla podgrzewana i w tym czasie nikt do tego basenu nie wchodzil. Na specjalne wyróżnienie zasluguje kuchnia. Przebogata oferta codziennie serwowala nowe potrawy. Wszystko bylo doskonale przyrzadzone i podane. Obsługa hotelu byla niezwykle sympatyczna i uprzejma.
