This place was an amazing surprise! The location is so peaceful and calm.
The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean.
We enjoyed amazing meals prepared daily with fresh local products.
The pool area is out if this world! Even better than pictures.
Our hostess Amel took the experience to another level. She is very professional, thoughtful and caring. Special thanks to Selim who took good care of us and to everyone working in Dar Jbel for making this experience exceptional.

Amazing place. We got married in Dar Jbel in July 2023 as a tuni-franco couple and it was just a dream come true. The place is so magical and spacious, so many little corners to explore, a big beautiful pool that we got to enjoy after a long day for the open party, and an amazing view. We slept there as well along with our maids of honor and groomsmen and they all loved their stay, very clean and spacious.
The personnel were so sweet and understanding, and the owners had such a calm and professional attitude. Everytime we had to visit the place we were welcomed with a little apero and a sweet cold drink, and lots of smiles. Moreover, we also had a brunch the day after with a full day access to the pool after the wedding and it was almost too much food, all fresh ingredients, a lot of options and super delicious. And there was always someone around to help if we needed anything at all. To sum it up, if i were to get married again, i would do it in Dar jbal over and over. 🥰

Went there for a hike and "picnic" , we all had an incredible experience.
The location is in a quiet, green and clean environment.
The owners & staff make you feel home and welcomed.
After a beautiful gentle hike of about 1h-1h30 , we reached a magnificent spot where the "5 star picnic" was laid out : exquisite food and drinks in a lovely secluded spot.
Would definitely come back for a few days

Dar Jbel is an exceptional place, nestled in the beautiful hills of the Hammamet countryside. The pool is beautiful, the rooms extremely tastefully decorated, and the food divine (and wonderfully copious!). Amel is a wonderful host and it was a treat to meet her lovely family too! It’s a very intimate place, and for the five days we spent there we were made to feel so welcome by everyone who works there. Dar Jbel is a special getaway, a real taste of an authentic Tunisian welcome, in an extraordinary setting.

We were on 07/22/22, celebrating a small wedding with our families.
The place is charming with lovely staff and the food is exquisite. All prepared with care and love and most of all it tasted delicious! Thank you to Amel. Thank you for the great evening.

Amazing getaway in the heart of the country side. Amel (the owner) has been extremely nice and warm, same for the other staff members. Food was delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. Being pet friendly is an added value. Highly recommended!

We spent a few days in july at the amazing place. 2 families, 3 kids. The familylike atmosphere and the perfect service were top. They were paying attention at every detail and made the stay exeptional!

Il s’agit d’un lieu plein de charme avec une belle identité. Vous y trouverez calme et douceur dans un cadre très agréable

Nous avons par ailleurs été reçu par une équipe aux petits soins et à la fois très discrète.

Nous avons été un peu malade lors de notre séjour. Chacun d’entre eux a été disponible afin que nous ne manquions de rien et que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible.

Amel notre hôte était disponible et s’enquit de notre bien être tout au long du séjour. Nous n’hésiterons pas à y revenir .

Un immense Merci à cette chouette équipe et une mention spéciale à la cuisinière pour son cake citron maison qui était somptueux.

Un lieu unique en son genre en Tunisie discrétion et professionnalisme sont les mots d'ordres, une maison pleine de charme un service exceptionnel assurer par une équipe très très accueillante on se sent tout de suite chez soi !! , une expérience rurale et luxueuse à la fois ,ce fut un séjour très reposant mais aussi très enrichissant un énorme merci à Mme Amel qui nous a vraiment très bien reçue et qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe comme il le faut

Une très belle demeure authentique perchée sur une colline dans la campagne non loin de bir bouregba. Très bien accueillie par Amel jaiet la propriétaire des lieux ainsi que par tous ses employés. Elle nous a régalé par ses mets délicieux sans compter les petites "collations" d'avant les repas servis gracieusement. Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir aussi d'autres résidents absolument adorables. un petit coucou à Sarra Sonia et Frédéric pour qui on souhaite un prompt rétablissement.
Bref un lieu au top où une fois entrez vous n'avez plus envie d'en sortir. Merci Amel et toute l'équipe pour ce week-end inoubliable.
