Hotel is old, but it's very clean. Food is delicious. Staff is ok and they doing their best.

Great place! We've stayed for to weeks and it was really ok.
Our room was 478, nice clean. Maid was really polite and always trying to bring some flowers to make the room prettier. Yes you need to give some pocket money for nicer room(pool/sea view) but when compared to the price of our arrangements it was ok.
Food was tastefull the only problem is when there are too many guests and than you have to wait, food gets cold, not so yummy, but other than that it was ok. You can always find something good like Pizza or pasta, salads.
Please keep in mind that all the receipt you get when changing money for paying for towels etc., should keep until checkout because you have to show them.
I would recommend this hotel if you want a nice, decent place to stay and do not expect some extraordinary deluxe hotel.
It has 5 star, but it is honestly 4.
I will probably come back again. 🙂

Great food and facilities. The massage service was very reasonably priced and Chokri was incredibly helpful throughout the trip and helped us to plan our trip to other locations for daytrips during our stay at the hotel.

Very good experience, it meet the international standard for 4* with cheaper prices, , but the 5* is just according to local standards ( Tunisian ministry of tourism) ,
Need more improvement when it comes to simple required service..like WIFI in every room,

Krásný hotel, jídlo dobré, zaměstnanci milý a přátelský, tento hotel určitě uvítají lidi bez dětí, žádné extra atrakce u bazénu, tudíž je klid. Pláž hned u hotelu hlídaná security

Je suis allé dans cet hôtel avec ma famille, c'est vraiment un super hôtel, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les services sont excellents. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien meublées. Plus important encore, la propreté, les chambres sont très propres, le restaurant est également très propre, la réception est magnifique. Les prix sont inclus même si c'est un hôtel très luxueux. J'espère y revenir bientôt❤❤
