Skanes Serail Hotel

Hotel facilities would be good during summer but we came out of season so doing bits of maintaining work and certain amenities not open. Disappointing the slides and outside pool not in use! Would like to come back during summer months as staff are very friendly and welcoming the rooms are nice and clean!

Visited from UK over the Christmas holidays. So happy with my choice, the staff and everyone were extremely friendly and helpful, from the reception, to the restaurant to the bar. The lobby was extremely open and spacious and the food itself was very well prepared and tasty and there was live music. It was extremely dreamy. The Masseuse, Hanan, was extremely skilled and I’m very happy with their work.

All the staff are incredibly nice and friendly. They sometimes join in on the games which is always fun. Their rum was very good and the rooms are very comfortable.

Just come back from a weeks stay here, lovely hotel with amazing staff who will do anything to help you! We had 4 days of spa treatments, Gigi did us a great deal. Everyday there was something new to do, boat trip, resort activities or inflatable water sports. A little way out from the city of Sousse but cheap trip on the bus with no issues. Would recommend to anyone!

Staff are friendly and can't do enough for you highly recommend. Hotel could do with doing more trips to other places. Beach is beautiful and grounds are so pretty. Perfect for a relax and sunbathing break. Can't wait to go back

Good resort, nice food and facilities however the room has no fridge

All I can say is we are so glad we came to tunisia, the people are lovely and so much history, skanes serail hotel put a lovely choice of food every meal time. We will be back thank you 😊
