My girlfriend and I visited from America. We loved it here. Chat was the man. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Take into consideration where we are at. It's a beautiful resort with amazing staff. The night time shows are fantastic with great deals at the spa. Very kid friendly, but the party turns up past 1030 or so. We booked a camel/horse tour through the resort, and it was a once and a lifetime experience.

We were the whole family with two daughters.
Great place, beautiful beaches, the best animators, we liked Orixa and Biboo.
Orix is ​​a great guy, he always makes up something funny, he can make everyone laugh. On the first day Biboo showed us the whole hotel, where and what is. He was very nice. He takes care of children, invents fun, sings and dances with children. He is really caring and funny.
My daughters were very fond of animators from the Jerba Sun club, they are really the best. Thanks to the animators, our holidays were really great and very successful. Thanks for everything was great, you're the best! ! ! We miss it already. We had a good time and great fun thanks to the animators. Every day there were other evening shows prepared by animators. They are professionals. I heartily recommend this hotel.
