Hôtel Marhaba Club

Stayed here in April 2023, we loved it so much that we're going back again this April 24.
The room was very spacious, with a big bathroom with a bath & shower (in one).
Great choice of food & all very nice.
The entertainment team is excellent & and has made our holiday. All the staff are friendly & helpful. You can use the facilities, incl the indoor pool & gym next door at Occidental. (Although we didn't on that occasion). It's situated, right next to the beach. Can't wait to go again.

The hotel rooms are very plane and simple but very clean. The outside areas are very clean and spacious. All the staff are extremely helpful front of house, bar staff, waiters, management and the animation team. The restaurant has plenty of choice and very clean but the food can be a little bit repetitive. The entertainment that comes in of an evening are fantastic.

Stayed for 2 weeks here with my family. The hotel is clean, cleaning team made the effort, all staff are lovely and welcoming, food was exceptional waitress paid attention to us, pools were clean, beach was 1minute walking distance clean, tidy and had private security.
The animation team were good, they made the effort to play with my kid which was nice to see. Having said that, I can honestly say I didnt want to return home and had a great time.

family of 6 kids are teens / under a year. Stayed 2weeks in march

Good bits:
The hospitality here is like we've never had before. The staff cannot do enough for you. Our table was decorated two times for occasions (nice touch) food has a lovely variety and carter for all fussy eaters managed to eat. Yes sometimes they have to re use food but this is normal in all inclusive (it'll be in stews) the catering staff are pleasant and helpful.
Bar staff are top notch they don't let your glass run dry at all. Nourdine was amazing always made sure we're happy and engaged with the children and our baby.
Animation max chico and fufa were awesome always up for a laugh and trying their best to entertain all that was there. I think the hotel need to fund a bit more in their department to help out. But they are doing a great job.
Reception are nice people always smile with a wave and fatima the hotel rep manager is awesome always there to advise of things to do and also asking where the hotel can improve.
Beach is nice but fair few ciggy butts in the sand
The WiFi is awesome we took our firestick and that helped to watch the games ect.
Location was £1.50 taxi away from the madiana good bargains to be had if you can haggle.

Bad bits
Rooms need some modernising but we only put our heads down there as long as the are clean and not dangerous we are happy.
Outside hotel people pretending to be from the hotel with remember me ect, they are just trying to make a living just tell them you know all about it. They will leave you alone.

Spa people and excursion people just need a sturn no, from day one they never asked us again just friendly hellos

Alcohol is about as strong as a well done noodle

That's about it to be fair.

We will 100% be coming back and have told all family and friends about here. The standout for us was the service from all staff no issues from anyone.

We managed to go to el djem via local train 6 of us went viewed the roman monument that allows you to go to the museum also had food come back all for under £30in total!!

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, some of the things people are saying in their reviews about staying here is so wrong. The rooms get clean daily. The staff do not harass guests. The restaurant is cleaned after every meal time and the floor mopped, they have a hygiene guy in the restaurant checking the temperature of food and making sure it is up to standards.
I think the people that have holiday tummy bugs it is their own doing on their hygiene like washing their hands properly.
Everyone in the hotel including the animation team all work very hard to give everybody a good holiday.
I love this hotel and the staff and will continue to go back again.

Just left after a week at The Marhaba Hotel. The rooms are really clean and have all you need with lovely views. The food is good, although sometimes repetive and all drinks good (the cups are quite small but they are happy to give out multiple drinks)

What really makes this hotel is the staff. Especially Fatma, Hamza & The animation team. The effort they put in to make sure you’re having a good time is incredible, they really do go above and beyond, and on top of that they are genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I would come back here again just for the staff alone.

Just come back from this lovely Hotel, i could feel the hard work from all the Hotel staff such as waiter from restaurant, bar, reception, cleaner and housekeeping staff, the food is so delicious and vast of selection, well done the hotel chef! the restaurant waiter always Smiling and work tirelessly , here i particular impressed by the enimation team, the 5 tall, handsom multi- talent young guys and the lady of entertaiment head, i am impressed by their fantastic dancing perfornence, comedy show and how do they involve with the guest, they make my holiday so special, i will come back again for this delicate Hotel as it is really worth to visit again.

I am at Marhaba clubfor 7 days, people are really friendly and especially Nasri Ben Jaafar one of the chef is really wonderful, he really understands exactly what you tell him. He made the chapati in the Tunisian style which was really amazing 👏 🤩

Excellent hotel , staff can't do enough to help, rooms cleaned daily , food Excellent. Pool area kept clean , short walk to a beautiful private sandy beach which has sun loungers for guests of hotel. On the beach there are activities e.g. paragliding, speedboats, etc. Great value hotel which I would highly recommend

Absolutely loved it here. Entertainment staff were fantastic, hotel staff were great too nothing was too much effort. Will definitely be coming back again

Stayed here one week 8/1/24 the hotel was clean and the staff were amazing variety of food but found it hard as a veggie the Tunisians like there meat but am definitely coming back

We have just got back home from a week at this hotel me my husband and daughter and son in law had a fantastic time we will be definitely staying there again next year 👍👏

We enjoyed our stay here, however tour operators advertise as a 4 star i would consider this to be a 3 star personally. Weather end of October 28 plus daily.

Lovely hotel would come back with my kids as the entertainment is also good as well would recommend to my family and friends to come and visit the hotel the food is also good as well the staff are nice and welcoming as well thank you are have us all and the hotel manager is also lovely very friendly and kind

Get what you pay for, and worth it.

It's a 4 star hotel by African standards. Food was ok but not much variety. Swimming pools are nice and the beach is amazing with nice sand. Sellers on the beach are annoying. Don't take any presents from them as they would expect you to pay them.

Very good hotel 3min. walk to the beach, nice people everyone ready to help you with something, the room clean everyday, In the dinning room the food it's local taste, the waiters very nice but I had a very very nice and sympathetic by the name Nourdin

Stayed here in April 23, we loved it! Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, the animation team were amazing especially Samuel. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and will definitely be back :)

Very nice and clean hotel, walking distance from town centre.

This is a lovely hotel.The staff all work hard and will do anything for you to make your holiday enjoyable. The Animation team were good entertainers for children and adults.
