Despite being a 3-star hotel, the level of service and overall quality exceeded my expectations in every way. I had the most enjoyable time with my daughter, and we truly cherished our holiday at this exceptional establishment.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the Marabout Hotel made us feel welcome and valued. Their friendly and attentive nature truly stood out, as they went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were well taken care of. Marabout hotel we come here for 8 weeks at time.
Food there's plenty of choice .fish chicken beef etc lots of salads and it's fine.
Large pool with water slides
Right on beach.

Clean tidy rooms .when we want some thing like towels bedding just ask cleaners always help .

Entertainment kids disco. local acts ie dancing . Jugglers typical stuff .

But for what it costs here you can't complain its fine .

Never any issues ever.

We go into sousse at night no problems traditional music in bars friendly locals you feel safe and welcome taxi cost a few dinars back to hotel .

It's OK the marabout were fine there.
Depends what your personal expectations are. If you want 5 star for 3 star money then don't go book some where 3 times the cost and be happy.

I go with family It was a wonderful hotel with a perfect view i will go back soon in this summer ❤❤

The city of Sousse iş known for its calm anda jovial atmosphere in summer and during all the different seasons for young People and retirees

Since the hotel has only 3 stars you cannot expect extreme luxury. But the rooms were nice and clean. The food from the restaurant was surprising. During the week I stayed there, I must have eaten a whole years's supply of vegetables. The cooks made them so well and cleverly into very delicious meals. I wish I could do the same back home. 😄
Employees were very friendly and nice, specially the restaurant crew. They bring you flowers on your table and are just the sweetest people. I really enjoyed my stay there.

"The hotel was not unfamiliar to me, I've been here twice already. I got a super spacious room for $15. The hotel is constantly improving and being renovated. The rooms are cleaned daily, water is made and towels are changed. The beach is very tidy, clean and beautiful. Location the staff can always give because if someone is not down on the beach and just takes the place with their towel, they will collect it. I really like the Tunisian cuisine, every day there is mutton, beef, fish, poultry, various types of cookies, salads and vegetables, so you can have a varied and good meal .The animation is great, programs during the day, foam parties, super fun programs in the evening. I came alone but I was never alone! I made a lot of new friends. Fortunately, in addition to English, I speak Russian well and I always had company with whom we had good conversations, drinks, parties, at the end of the vacation I've almost forgotten Hungarian!😁 It was a great 10 days, unfortunately it went by quickly."

i had a good time

Just got back from staying for a week with two others at this great resort. We all agreed we would come back. For what you pay, €233 in our case including flight and transport from Germany, the place is perfect. The food was always delicious with plenty to offer, the staff were very friendly, and the location was very nice. It’s also a great place for kids/families. If I had to mention one thing that could use an improvement, it would be more of an effort to clean the small garbage on and around the beach in front of the resort. Other than that, great value for money.

Wow...I have been on alot of holidays and this is my best one!!. Were going back in October so says it all. Dont know where to start. Staff are fantastic.bedding and fresh towels every day. If we need any help or where to go or not to go they helped us. I was with my daughter. Loved the food but daughter didnt...it was repeated but no big deal. Lots of different salads..pasta chicken lamb bread. soups puddings fruit..alot to choose from..we went all inclusive wish is well worth it. Breakfast was mostly pastry stuff.. cereals fruit. Tes coffee water juice alcohole constantly on the go.the only thing that ruined this hotel was the Russians...they were cheeky and abusive to the staff....I really felt bad for them..people expected to much from the staff..they need to remember it's a poor country Tunisia sousse..they really did go out the way to help us..we went on exertions. Didnt like the pirate boat trip. Was 2 hours approx. Director of hotel went round to see if people are enjoying the holiday which was nice. Beech very clean.. lots of lifeguards around the pool as its also a aqua park so was busy. Around pool area got cleaned every day. We did tip 10 dnr which is only £2.50 nothing to us but alot to them and there greatfull for it. I have to say especially a MASSIVE thankyou to Mario the animation team manager..and his boys.and girl lol... they made our holiday great and am personally going to miss him n them!!! We have made friends with them. They really work hard. Great with kids. I felt very safe at this hotel!! Theres also security in there who do there job very well.. sousee has lots of armed police around so again felt safe. Theres a gift shop in the hotel who sells everything and the prices are acually really good...so much to do here for kids and adults..I'm 47 but felt 27 on this holiday haha.
