Compared to other malls in this town, this one is very nice. Small, vertical, but nice stores, bright, clean. WCs upstairs, right beside California fitness (which overlooks the sea). Parking on street w/meter, very cheap and might be tough to find. Nice big Monoprix in the mall, specialty shops (L'Occitane et al). Good place to go when it's raining.

An upscale shopping mall in Marsa. The security seems good and we enjoyed the patisserie and the rooftop bar. (NOTE, The rooftop bar does not serve alcohol). You will have to bring your own toilet paper if you want to use the toilets.

Zephyr La Marsa is a small shopping center with cinema roof terrace cafe and fashion shops.
There is also Monoprix and home kitchen staff. You can have a nice time there on the roof terrace with stunning sea view and Marsa villas view. Goo food and drinks. Downstairs budget buffet Tesco style. Don't forget to visit shops with original Tunisien clothes and jewelery.
