This is the soul of Tunisian food and hospitality.

It is very local and the staff are very friendly. It is hygienic with an open kitchen. The food is incredible and also authentic. Affordable and good value for money.

A lady working there helped me by explaining meals in English as my French is limited.

I was the only foreigner there, which I love to be as local as possible.

I am lucky to find this restaurant,
Once arrive , welcomed with Spicey soup 🍜

Also to tea at the end to help with digestion,

I would recommend it if you are in town,

It is always heartwarming to come back to this local restaurant, I don't know how many times now! Everyone is welcoming and the waitresses and the boss are always attentive to customer requests. The dishes are typically Tunisian and are comforting and delicious. Above all the prices are very correct. Highly recommended!

Very good welcoming from the owner, fast service, delicious tunisian dishes cooked like our grand mothers. Soup and tea are part of thier menus. I enjoyed my lunch there and would come again. Thank you and on keeping this quality.

Delicious! I loved that they have a daily selection of local dishes with a limited quantity. The food is great and I could not stop eating the complimentary bread. Friendly service and you’ll need someone who can translate for you if English is your only spoken language

Delicious authentic Tunisian food with a modern accent in the center of La Marsa. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and full of light. Staff is professional and friendly, and service is very quick. There are generous complimentary appetizers to start as well as mint tea to finish off the meal. It was the only restaurant where we’ve received the bill/invoice in our one week visit to Tunisia.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Very authentic Tunisian food, with a menu of the day. We had the fish with sauce and meatballs with sauce, the bread keeps flowing to mop up your juices and the meal is finished with a little local tea. Definitely recommend for lunch!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The food is super authentic, and it’s not touristy at all. We got three dishes, 2 were the daily specials, and the whole fish. All were incredible. The price is very reasonable and you get a LOT of food. Definitely check it out if you’re around La Marsa/Carthage/Tunis!

My favorite go-to for authentic and fresh Tunisian food. The restaurant is always buzzing but service remains mostly excellent. The owner and staff are always attentive and helpful.

Menu has many options including shan tounsi (Tunisian plate) as an entrée, grilled fish, chicken and more. There's also a menu du jour (Today's menu) which dishes are very popular with tourists who want to try something new.

A nice touch I appreciate is that for any order you will get a soup to start with and a mint tea at the end (both on the house) 🥣

Authentic from A to Z! Great and authentic Tunisian food. Great service making you feel as you are at home. They are constantly asking if you want to refill and will actually do it very generously! Best madfouna ever, best Kleya ever, everything was really 👌 tasty!

Perfect place in Marsa. Very unique balance between delicious Tunisian food, great ambiance and convenient prices. Besides this great combo, the workers are amazing and super nice. A must, definitely.
