The studio is so wonderful. Best pilates studio I tried in Phuket. So nice atmosphere and the owner Jay and staff are so welcoming, good vibes and energy. Very clean with high quality equipment.
I’ve been taking private classes with Nee. She is amazing ! The best instructor with beautiful passion for teaching Pilates she really cares about you and she is very professional and understands the body very well and everyone’s different body situations.
Classes with Nee are the best part of my day ! It’s authentic Pilates you will get foot, arm, core work and whole body work out!

The best Pilates studio in phuket. Jay is such a great person, one of the best Pilates instructors I had the privilege of learning from. She understands body anatomy, muscles and special health issues, so she is very supportive to each student's situation.

Jay is an amazing, kind, fun and knowledagble teacher! Her studio is gorgeous with new, spotless machines. Every class I learned something new. Jay was great at multitasking teaching the group class, as well as accomodating my knee injury and others' in the class. I could not reccomend this studio enough! Even as a comlpete beginner Jay made me feel welcome right away.

I love this studio so much! It is beautiful and clean and Kru Jay is a wonderful teacher. She has group classes and private classes. I really love her private classes, she is trained in so many modalities, has the coolest machines, treats me with a coconut drink and sometimes green juice at the end of a class. I feel so held and cared for and my body has transformed so much in so little time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to remain fit, get back in shape or explore different ways of moving their bodies.
