One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed in it’s perfectly nestled in the corner of Nai Harn Beach. That is not too overcrowded as it is the only resort on the beach. Service is incredible. Staff are attentive and kind buffet breakfast and all food options are extensive and delicious, you can see all the care and attention to detail they have put into every element. My Thai family always say this is their favourite beach in Phuket and I can now see why experience at the Nai Harn was 10 out of 10 I would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone to Phuket.
The resort is a great size. The areas never feel crowded.

Amazing experience at this hotel. all the staff was extremely professional and friendly, our suite room with breathtaking view terrace over Andaman see was very clean and cozy with everything you may need for comfortable stay at 5 star Hotel. Great , high quality, breakfast buffet, very good dinner options at Cosmo restaurant, we was trying both western and Thai food. Lovely swimming pool area. overall we had a great and unforgettable stay at The Nai Harn and we will come definitely back!

Perfectly located near the beach, the hotel ensures easy access to the sea and surrounding nature. The staff are always willing and smiling, ready to assist with anything, enhancing overall satisfaction with the stay.

The hotel is not new, however very beautiful. Rooms are well maintained and have spacious terraces and that's very nice in the evening.
Service and staff at the desk was good.
Nice continental breakfast, you can ask for mango separately and of course it is delicious.
I've visited beginning of March'24 and saw some jellyfish at the beach. But was not bothering when swimming.
Beach is stunning and clean and sandy, no seaweed or anything.
Food in the main restaurant was a bit overpriced.
Both bars at the beach or above restaurant are nice.

The hotel is next to the popular Nai Harn beach on a hill. It is reminiscent of Greece’s Santorini. The views are beautiful and the hotel itself are very beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very interesting design with corridors open to the elements with cover. You will need to take stairs to get up to the single elevator so this is not very handicapped accessible. If you are abled it’s a great place to stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. I was upgraded to an ocean room suite with a patio area and views of the ocean. Everything was super clean and bedding was excellent. The AC was strong and welcomed as I stayed during the hot season.

Stayed here for 4 nights and received a free room upgrade upon arrival. There were multiple photo spots inside the hotel which was amazing. Beaches were just steps away. It was nice how the hotel provides you with free kayak and paddle board. If you have the grab app I would highly recommend using it instead of having the hotel arrange taxi ride for you. It’s expensive and not worth it. If you want a good smoothie there is a cheap smoothie stand within steps away from the hotel.

Wonderful stay!

This hotel has great views, attentive staff and a great location to give you options for food and atmosphere depending on what you are looking for. We wanted a mix of a high end hotel to feel like we can relax, enjoy and be pampered as well as being close enough to some ‘real Thai experiences’ so not to feel that we were missing out.

Our room at the hotel was large, clean and well serviced, the maid even realised we were tea drinkers so left us additional tea bags every day without us having to ask. When we requested anything it came within ten minutes (for example and extra towels and different pillows). Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Again the staff were attentive enough to note our favourite fruits and bring us a plate of them every morning without us asking. When we were around the pool enjoying some downtime we were supplied with complimentary fruit and infused water (also complimentary) which was perfect.

The restaurant is definitely up market with prices that match, and that is perfect for those that wish to have that experience. However, if you want to enjoy ‘street food’ type dining there are small beach places that offer cheap and tasty alternatives. The same can be said for experiences such as the spa; if you want luxury the hotel offers it but if you want a cost effective massage every day the location of the beach stalls allows that and this was exactly the mix we wanted.

The Nai Harn gave us the relaxed holiday, with amazing views and attentive staff that we were looking for alongside the proximity to a more Thai style experience.

Thank you Nai Harn.

Lovely hotel located right next to a beautiful beach . The service was fantastic from all the staff who were all very friendly and attentive. They even arranged a late check out without me asking. Fantastic food at the main restaurant which meant we never had to leave the hotel for lunch. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay !

It was an exceptional and complete experience! We absolutely loved, loved our stay here.

I don’t know where to start. Let’s see. The views of Nai Harn beach from the hotel lobby is stunning. Check-in process was the best ever, personal, quick, comfortable, and delicious (with welcome drinks at the lobby and fruits in the room). A shout out to the sweet young lady at the front desk (we unfortunately forgot her name). She was very friendly, professional and did a great job checking us in and showing us our room. The staff was great overall, including the bellhops and the beach butlers.

The room (Deluxe Ocean View) was so very impressive. It has one of the best room designs we’ve ever encountered. We absolutely enjoyed the room’s abundant amenities (it has virtually everything you’d need), the super well-designed, modern and spacious layout, the super comfortable beds, the spacious shower with skylight (still private), the well-equipped patio with stunning views overlooking Nai Harn beach, and the attention to details.

The beach service was awesome as well, with helpful beach butlers and readily available beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.

The breakfast buffet was great overall with high quality and fresh ingredients and good cooking. We did wish that there were a larger selection however. It was still the best breakfast buffet in our entire two-week Thailand trip. We also enjoyed our dinners at Cosmo (the same restaurant that serves breakfast buffets).

The Nai Harn is located directly on the Nai Harn beach. It is in a relatively remote area with neighboring hotels nearby and small shops nearby.

The room was a beach view room with a small balcony. (Not all beach rooms have a big balcony that has beach chairs) this is because we requested a room on the 9th floor for more privacy. 8th floor rooms and downwards all have big balconies. Please note the it is less private for ladies who wear hijab so request a small balcony for more privacy.

The hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful and cheerful.

If you plan to go to the beach. The beach boys will offer to make seating arrangements and place an umbrella along with towels in your desired location as part of the hotel service.

Tourist information desk and activity planner office is also available in the reception if you want to enroll in any activity. I personally took the trip to phi phi island, ATV, and Hanuman. They arranged everything from transportation from hotel and back.

For light sleepers. You will not have any problems, the location is very quiet and you will have a very good night sleep.

Room service was also amazing. The food was good and fresh. Please order fresh coconut for room service, you will not regret it. Breakfast was also amazing, they offer live cooking for different varieties of eggs which I really enjoyed.

I really recommend the Nai Harn, the location is fantastic for people who want to come to Phuket to relax. It is around 1 hour drive from the airport, and 40 mins drive from Phuket Old Town. And 45 minutes drive from Patong beach.

Reception will help you arrange taxi if you require, they also have an option to rent motorbikes.

Please note one thing: harmless geckos come out at night to feed on insects, they can be seen walking along the walls outside of the rooms. They are harmless reptiles and are afraid of humans. I know some people dislike reptiles. If you do please consider this.

Also use their airport service. You might pay a little more for transportation but totally worth it. They have an employee in the airport that will take care of you. Amazing gentleman.

Our third time staying at The Nai Harn and it won’t be our last. This is the best hotel in Phuket, everything is 5 star, the reason we keep coming back is the staff who are so friendly and lovely.
The food is exceptional, and the buffet breakfast is one of the best we have ever had. Special thank you to Chain at the pool who went above and beyond to look after us everyday, and Atom at Rock Salt who always remembered our orders, and was so welcoming and helpful.
Thank you for the best trip we can’t wait to return!

This hotel offers a breathtaking seaside panorama, with the beach only a few steps away. The staff were helpful and friendly, their warm smiles and genuine concern of our well-being made our stay an unforgettable experience. The only drawback was the late-night noise from the nearby funfair, which kept us tossing and turning until dawn, leaving us feeling exhausted.
Overall this hotel is a great choice for its stunning location and exceptional service if you can avoid the peak festive seasons like Christmas and New Year.

This is an amazing unique property with an exceptional view. Overall our experience here was excellent. Views from the hotel bar are hard to beat. Beach butler provided us with towels, chairs, kayaks etc to enjoy the beach.
Rooms could have been better cleaned and everything you buy/ eat at the property is very expensive.

The worst part about this Hotel is that eventually you will have to leave it and go back home.

Our 3-days stay that Nai Harn was the the best experience of all the hotels that we have ever stayed that. The Nai Harn deserves its 5-Star designation. It is located next to the beach and only short walk or drive into town. My husband and I were very happy with our meal at the Rock, the Nai Harn owned restaurant next to beach. The meal was slightly expensive (but still cheap by US standards), but the food was high quality and delicious so it was worth it. The overall customer service of the hotel was phenomenal, and the breakfast buffet was out of this world. It has three different food stations with so many different drink options. My latte even came with heart drawn on top. My husband loved the egg benedicts there. Overall, I really have to commend the staff at the Nai Harn, especially the wait staff the breakfast buffet. They were extremely friendly and service was quick. The cleaning staff also did a great job of cleaning our room on a daily basis. You can't go wrong with choosing the Nai Harn! We would love to stay here again if we ever visit Phuket again.

Stayed here for 6 nights in January 2024. Overall I'd give the hotel a 4.5 rating.

Rooms: We stayed in the mountain view suite. The bedroom is spacious and has a large, comfortable bed. The TV had live sport channels with PL football. The bathroom highlight was a great bathtub, shower slightly small and weak, but adequate.

Food & Drink: The breakfast here was really decent, with a good spread of continental and local buffet style. Lunch and dinner can be had either at Cosmo, the main hotel restaurant, or Rock Salt, the beach restaurant. Both had some pretty good dishes, especially the Western ones, but I found the Thai food to be a bit average. We found lunch to cost about £15 for a main and a drink, and dinner around £30 for three courses and a drink - not cheap but not too bad either. The sushi restaurant was disappointing; not really a restaurant, just some underwhelming sushi being served at one of the bars.

Amenities: There is only one pool which is small to medium sized. The beach is a minute walk from the front lobby and has really helpful staff there ready to set up an umbrella and beach towels for you which is great. The sea is fairly calm and warm to use, very enjoyable and accessible. There is also a small gym with a few machines and some free weights. The massage we got in the spa here was perfect, just the right pressure which I find very rare when asking for light.

Staff: All the staff here were very friendly and helpful at all times, they were excellent. The recommendations for day trips were really good and they sorted taxis out for us to and from the airport.

Location: Right at the south tip of the island, which is about 1.5h drive from the airport and 30-60mins from ports for day trips to Phi Phi / Phang Na - however, the drives are fairly comfortable.

Overall I would recommend this hotel to people, despite a couple of cons - the room cost just under £300 per night which felt reasonable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Overall a great stay our room on the 8th floor was truly amazing overlooking the hotel the beach and all the boats in the ocean made for a stunning view, our room was nicely appointed and clean and modern. We did pay extra for full board and was totally worth it as ala Carte can get expensive. The staff were amazing and friendly, the food was amazing probably the best Thai food we had ever tasted, they also have a great western menu. The restaurant rock salt was also great. The tuna Ceviche was so amazing I had it three days in a row for lunch. The pool area was nice and close access to Nai Harn beach which is public and did get busy later in the day, was very clean and an around beautiful spot. They had happy hour between six and seven every evening and drinks were half price and a great spot to watch the sunset. The only downside was most of the other guest were Russian and have no respect for fellow guests and disrespected the staff, as well as chain smoked cigarettes and cigars.

A great hotel for those looking for a calm area away from busy tourist spots.

Pros:
- Clean and well designed rooms
- Service staff very kind and happy to help
- A large breakfast variety (including lots of veg options) with a gorgeous view of the beach
- A 10 second walk to the beach which is very clean and lovely to swim in (kayaks, snorkeling equipment available)
- Supermarket is fairly closeby (7/11 is 15 mins walk away)

Cons:
- Hotel lacking in evening entertainment
- Dinner at the hotel is 2-3x the price of what you would find outside
