The staff always tells they don't have usual 95 but offer you significantly more expensive v-power. I like Shell in other countries but this one is real shame on Shell brand.

Had a very very bad experience at this Shell station today. Should fill V-power diesel and staff asked me to back up to the right pump, and I did. Told again refill with V power diesel. Luckily it was only 22 liters when the tank was more than half full, paid and drove off. then the engine started behaving strangely, then drove past the brand workshop when it was close to where I was. so it turns out that they have refueled my diesel car whit gasoline 95. Of course had to empty everything and flush the whole system, 2.5 hours in the workshop and refill the tank. Called down to Shell and said no because I thought maybe they had filled up their tanks with 95 octaves of gasoline. After we finished at the workshop, we went back to Shell in Rawai, and there an elderly HISO elderly lady came and accused us of having ordered 95 octane on our diesel car. In the worst case, the damage to the engine can reach 40-60000 Bath. Everyone can make mistakes but I have never experienced that customer treatment in my long life around the world or Thailand. SO MY CALL TO EVERYONE, stay away from this SHELL STATION FOREVER. Has of course sent an email to Shell's head office in LOS.

Be very careful. Staff is cheating with gas price. Can double it easy if you don’t pay attention.
