Paifah hostel

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in, primarily due to Momo, the owner and operator. When I injured myself on the first day of my stay, he personally shepherded me through the hospital and even replaced my bandage daily during my stay. Even if you stay out of the hospital, he’s the best—frequently cooking family dinner for guests and organizing low cost group tours. This makes for the most social hostel ever. Every day, everyone wakes up and plans the day’s adventures as a group, everyone included.

Had an awesome stay and ended up extending for 6 nights. The owner Momo is very welcoming and makes the hostel very social and lovely to stay there for long. Organized group trips, communal dinners, whatever you're looking for, you'll find it in Paifah.
Location is also right next to the walking street without being noisy. My best hostel experience in south east Asia.

If you are looking for an immersive Thai Cultur experience , here is the right place to do so . You might be sharing stories , sunset point , dinners and more … Dew and Momo are very genuine guys ! I stayed 2 weeks there ! Great time and respect only ! ⭐🫶🏻❤

Paifah is the best Hostel I’ve stayed in so far. Momo is such an amazing host he really wants you to have a great stay at the hostel and makes sure you enjoy your time in Pai. If you’re lucky he’ll show you a few places around Pai as well. The hostel is very social you can easily meet the other guests and start chatting and getting to know them in the common area. Lots of people extended their stay because it is such an amazing atmosphere. 5 stars, I’ll definitely come back here!

The most friendliest hostel ive been at. Momo and dew make it feel like a family. Genuinly would recommend!

I am usually not a person who writes many reviews but these people are so hearthwarmingly friendly that I couldn't help myself.

I have stayed here for a week and honestly I just such a great time here! The location is amazing, just besides the main walking street in Pai but it is nice and calm here, great vibes.
The owner Dew is such a great host, together with Jackie they run the hostel at the moment. They where there every moment I needed something. They made up my bed every day and even cooked food for us. They really have their hearth at the right place!

If you want to meet local Thai people, which I love to do, this is the place for you.
After we ate the food, we went to play pool together, we've played with the local soccerteam followed up by a bbq and went to a karaoke bar together, it was the best!
In exchange for their warmth, we helped them decorate the place a litlle bit, hanging up some Thai flags en rewriting the sign they put on the road side to attract customers.
Do good and good will come to you.

So if you are ever looking for a cool, calm place to stay in Pai, in the hearth of the town, with the most kind people, this is definetely the place you want to go to.
Life is about values, honesty and respect, and that is what you get here.
PS the beds are nice and soft, which is a important thing for me!

Top location.

Clean rooms but the beds lack of light, accessible plug in and curtains.
Some beds are also strangely difficult to access, literally, because they are positioned between two walls XD
Some improvements could definitely be made.

The owner is very helpful and cute :)

The room / beds set up is very strange, this clearly hasn’t been built as a hostel but bunk beds have just been chucked in the rooms. No curtains or plugs, beds not attached to the walls or anything so can be shaky.

Great location and a fun host although he organised a trip for me to Bangkok where I got totally scammed…when I reached out to get a refund, he promised me one but that never happened.
