Wir waren zu 4 mit 1 Kind als Familie 3 Monate auf Weltreise. Wir können sagen, dass wir mit diesem Unternehmen die beste Erfahrung der ganzen Reise gemacht haben. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt, und wir waren sehr froh, dass sie uns immer weiter geholfen haben. Klar, für das Visa haben wir etwas mehr bezahlt, aber sie hatten ja auch Aufwand, der sich gelohnt hat. Die Reise war sehr bequem. Das Essen vor dem Zoll sehr gut, und auch der Zwischenstop kurz vor Kambotscha waren wir froh. In Siem Reap angekommen, ist der Busstop kurz vor dem Zentrum. Das kam uns zuerst seltsam vor, jedoch ist es nur ein paar Strassen zum Zentum. Ein TukTuk hat uns dann mit (8 Koffern !) zum Hotel gefahren. Der Fahrer konnt gut Englisch, und so haben wir ihn gefragt, ob er uns für den nächsten Tag Siem Reap zeigen kann. Am nächstem Morgen stand er pünktlich vor dem Hotel. Die nächsten 4 Tage hat er uns die ganze Umgebung gezeigt. Es war fantastisch. Es war die beste Zeit. Er wahr sehr vertrauenswürdig und ehrlich. Die beste Reiseführung die wir je hatten. Die kambotschaner sind wirklich die nettesten Leute auf diesem Planet.

You can also book minibus trips to Cambodia here. While the easy trips eg the visa run are popular and apparently often used, be aware that for longer trips not on this list you should ask about all the details in advance, especially about the conditions of the transport done by the Cambodian partners.
We booked a two leg trip from Koh Chang to Koh Kong and on the second day to Kampot. We had issues on the second day where the Cambodian driver did long detours, delivering various goods, which prolonged the promised 4 hours to 7.5 hours. So in essence: We got there, had some additional sightseeing, but would have been glad to be actively informed. The driver was not able to communicate in English what he was doing nor did the tour operators give honest answers to our questions during the trip.

Parti a 7h10 ce matin arrivé a la frontière vers 11 h voyage bien passé passage de frontière 20 minutes et arrivé au Cambodge on vous annonce que le bus pour koh Kong (10minutes de route) arrive pour 13h30 donc vous attendez 2 h que le bus arrive .Personne au départ nous l'a signalé donc vous prenez un tuc tuc 250 bath de plus a reflechir

We have booked the tour from Koh Chang to Siem Reap for 1400 baht. They told us we could cross the border ourselves and a bus would wait on the other side. SPOILER: This is not true.

When we arrived at a restaurant close to the border to Cambodia, the „tour guide“ asked us for our passports and 40$ + 100 baht „processing fee“. We knew the tourist visa on arrival is only 30$ for EU passport holders so we refused to pay more than that. Then things got heated.
The „guide“ told us that if we would not pay, we would have to walk to the border crossing (20min) and wait at the border for hours but then would miss the bus. He started to pressure us into paying and admitted the 10$ extra would be the bribe for the officials to get an „express service“ so we would not have to wait in line.

Everyone else on the tour did not even flinch and pay the 40$ and 100 baht without hesitation. We were the only ones who felt like supporting bribery was wrong. We felt like we did not have an other option than paying if we did not want to miss the bus WE ALREADY PAID FOR. Finally we gave in but did not pay the 100 baht. The guide kept our passports while we had to leave with the bus to the border, which felt really weird. After waiting for 10 minutes, a motorbike approached the bus with a different guy and he handed our passports to the bus driver. We got off the bus and started to walk cross the border.

When we arrived at the visa counter, there was NOT A SINGLE PERSON WAITING. The official sign said 30$ for tourist visa… we realised we got scammed even though we already knew it before. We just supported bribery of officials, which is so wrong.

Don’t give in! I don’t think the bus would leave you behind, otherwise this would be the worst tour provider ever. The others with visa would also have to cross the same border as you. Their „service“ just allows you to skip the visa counter but not the official border control.

If you take this provider be aware:
- They will pressure you into thinking you don’t have a choice than paying 40$ for a visa and support bribery.
- They let you off outside of Siem reap and you will have to pay for another TukTuk to get to your hotel (sold otherwise in Koh Chang)

I would either get an eVisa (2day processing time) or take another tour provider next time. Poipet border crossing is known for shady scammers so no idea if other providers are different. Note you might also get scammed if you go to the official counter so be careful. Always stay firm and friendly, don’t support bribery.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SERVICE WHEN YOU ARE TRAVELING.

Here’s my friend’s experience, very unsatisfactory with this company service.

1. The fare charged exceeded the agreed-upon amount.

2. The vehicle was in poor condition and emitted an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of blue cheese.

3. The driver insisted on accommodating four passengers in a three-person seat, going to the extent of having one person squeeze into the driver's seat to fit additional passengers.

4. Upon entering Phnom Penh, the driver turned off the air conditioning. When they requested to have it on, he ignored their request, treating them as if their were invisible and refusing to engage in conversation.

This overall experience was highly disappointing and has left a lasting negative impression. I hope that such issues can be addressed promptly to enhance the quality of your service.

Warning to all tourists do not rent a scooter or go on tours there

Unfortunately we had to rent a scooter there because our hotel didn't have any available anymore. After 2 days we brought back our junk (the brakes didn't work properly and the shock absorbers were broken) and asked for another one when we wanted to bring it back 2 hours later than planned The lady immediately got another daily allowance, we gave it to her so that she wouldn't be annoying, she didn't feel like arguing with us anyway
Absolutely not recommended, very unfriendly
Please rent your things somewhere else to save yourself trouble, absolutely poor quality

Scammer place. I booked minivan to sihanoukville and right after cambodian border driver said you need to wait 40mins, after 40min 2h and after that 2.5h more and then they said no bus is coming

Pire compagnie, un attrape touriste destiné à vous dépouiller, à éviter absolument !! Nous avons réservé un trajet de Koh Chang à Siem Reap à notre arrivée au ferry de Koh Chang, aussi nous ne savions pas de quelle compagnie il s'agissait, nous avions seulement le numéro de la dame qui nous a vendu le trajet. Le jour du départ, le minibus arrive avec 45 minutes de retard sans nous prévenir et nous emmène à Poipet alors que nous avions spécifié vouloir passer par un autre poste de frontière. Le bus nous dépose alors dans un restaurant à la frontière où nous sommes très incités à consommer m. Ce restaurant est tenu par un couple qui nous assure nous prendre en charge sur la deuxième partie du trajet. Il nous demande nos passeports et 40 dollars par personne pour faire le visa ainsi que 100 baht si nous n'avons pas de photo. Or nous savions très bien que oe visa coûte 35 dollars et une photo ne coûte sûrement pas 100 baht... Lorsque nous demandons une explication, il assure que c'est le prix lorsqu'on fait le visa à la frontière et que nous pouvons toujours aller vérifier par nous mêmes (évidemment personne ne fera ça de peur de rater le bus...). Je recommande donc vivement de faire le evisa pout éviter cette arnaque. Nous traversons alors la frontière à pieds et montons dans un autre minibus très inconfortable au Cambodge. Nous nous arrêtons à un genre de magasin/snack au bord de la route qui nous a totalement arnaqué, le bao coûte 2€. La propriétaire nous propose des cartes sim à 600 baht avec internet qu'elle ne recharge pas vraiment, c'était totalement du vol... Nous avons par la suite appris que 10 go coûtent 1€... Et bien-sûr comme tout ce trajet est une extorsion pour touristes, nous sommes déposés au bord d'une route sombre en dehors de Siem Reap où le chauffeur laisse entendre que me trajet jusqu'à nos hôtels se fera en tuktuk qui nous attendent à la sortie du bis, bien évidemment, ils n'étaient pas inclus dans le prix du trajet et nous avons encore dû payer contre notre gré vu que nous n'avions pas accès à internet pour utiliser grab. Bref, pire expérience, une agence extrêmement malhonnête à fuir à tout prix !!

Attention il s'agit d'une compagnie frauduleuse !!
Tout au long du trajet vous allez devoir payer des pots-de-vins, des extras non spécifiés au départ, ou simplement des prix exorbitants dans des commerces faisant clairement partis de la combine.
Au niveau du passage de frontière on va vous expliquer qu'il faut payer 10$ supplémentaires pour qu'on fasse votre visa à votre place, et que si vous n'êtes pas content ils peuvent vous laisser là et ne pas vous attendre de l'autre côté de la frontière.
Une fois la frontière passée on nous a vendu une carte SIM pour 5 fois le prix normal ... sans aucun internet dessus (contrairement aux dires de la vendeuse). Pour finir on nous a déposé dans un genre d'allée glauque, de nuit, sans aucun internet et en dehors de la ville où on a encore du payer pour prendre un de leur tuk-tuk (qu'ils nous ont au départ présenté tout sourires comme étant inclus dans le tour).

Pense plus à se remplir les poches qu à la satisfaction client.
