Phra Mahathat Chedi Phutthatham Ban Lue

It's a combination of three different buildings in the mountains – a Chedi it keeps a tooth of Buddha in a shrine, a giant Chinese Guan Yin statue and golden Buddha statue.

Fantastic view, breathtaking atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Entrance fee of ฿40 to enter the main temple.

Please remember that shoulders and knees should be covered when entering the sacred buildings.

Few grand temples linking one another that needs climbing steps that are worth visiting. Few visitors would venture till the bottom temple. Infact you can take the loop back to the carpark from the bottom temple saving your energy to climb back to the first temple.

The entire temple is currently under renovation but visitors can still enter and enjoy the surrounding.

There will be an entrance fee of ฿40 to enter the main temple, and if you would like to partake in the coin prayer thingy, it will be another ฿60 to exchange for the loose coins.

You can also pay your respect to the giant Goddess of Mercy, Guan Yin, just outside the main temple.

Beautiful temple, well worth the visit.
