Paradise. The most perfect hotel for a honeymoon. Sailing in was magic. The whole time there was great. Hotel delayed 20m to check us in but made amends, the second we needed anything the resolved it, so fast even we were shocked! A dream. We stayed in the suite with a balcony, jacuzzi and sea views and... it was heaven. Thank you for making our honeymoon perfect

Our stay at Centara Grand has been great from start to finish. When you arrive you are whisked away to the air conditioned library and provided and ice cold damp towel and a refreshing drink to cool off while being checked in. We stayed in the beach front villa with private pool and the room was impeccable! It was a nice retreat for my husband and I. The staff are very friendly and helpful with all your needs! We signed up for The Club, which I highly recommend. Ms. Chacha is the wonderful woman at The Club and a true treasure if you get the opportunity to meet her! We did the Niran Nirvana couple’s spa package at Spa Cenvaree in the resort and left feeling like completely new people thanks to their highly skilled masseuses.

With luggage, it's only accessible via boat. Which is provided by the resort. You can use the Monkey trail, a moderate+ hike with steep stairs to get to the beach on the other side of the cove which gives you access into the town, restaurants and other resorts. The monkey trail is about an 8 - 10 minute walk

We just got back today from our dream vacation at the beautiful Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas in Krabi and what to say...it was just wonderful. We felt wonderfully taken care of from the very beginning. The arrival via transfer boat was already breathtaking and went absolutely smoothly. It was like coming to your own little island. And the Monkey trail, over which the hotel as well as the beach are accessible at any time, is breathtaking in the truest sense of the word :-D, but if you run it several times you get used to it. The staff was helpful at all times and very accommodating. Our room was an absolute dream. To wake up every day with sea view and enjoy the beautiful view, you start the day in a good mood.
The resort is exactly as described in the pictures and also shown, simply beautiful. Of course, there are a few small repair spots here and there, but with a constant humidity of 85% and more, rust and light lime stains form faster and can of course dissolve paint faster. But all in all the hotel is in very good condition.

We arrived before the German vacation season. If you need a relaxing break from everyday life, this is the right time. Now the last few days we have noticed how it became more crowded and thus also louder, but this has not detracted from the niceness of the staff.
Conclusion: Our absolute dream vacation and we will be happy to come back. Thank you for 11 unforgettable days.

So relaxing with an amazing pool right next to the beach.
The food is top notch with such a variety of different foods available from breakfast to dinner.

For me personally, it was the best hotel. The sea view was enough to relax.
It is close to downtown Krabi, but you have to take a boat from the pier to check in and out. However, if you want to enjoy nightlife,

We came here twice on a day pass ( walked from the monkey trail) as it's an amazing location right on the beach which is less crowded and cleaner.
Our children loved the facilities and the food and drinks whilst more expensive were worth it due to the whole resort being well located and beautifully set out.
Next time we come back to Krabi we plan on booking our holiday here.

We spent two nights at Centara, and its unique location offered a breathtaking view. While the hotel itself is a bit outdated, it didn't bother us, especially since we booked well in advance and got reasonable prices, though it might have been different during high season.

Our room was a highlight, featuring an amazing view, a shower, bathtub, and an outdoor jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable, providing for some excellent sleep. The only issue with the room was the air conditioning, which was a bit too strong. The airflow directly onto the bed disturbed my sleep, even with temperature adjustments fluctuating between very cold and warm.

Breakfast was a delightful experience with plenty of choices that seemed fresh. We tried room service once, and although a bit pricey by Thai standards, the food, especially the pad kra pao pizza, was recommended.

Prices at the bar and restaurant are generally high, and it's not the easiest to move in and out of the hotel, so keep this in mind when planning your stay. There's a monkey trail to Ao Nang town, but it's hazardous and not suitable for everyone. However, the hotel provides free shuttles at set times during the day.

The staff were excellent, managing to stay polite and accommodating in a 5-star hotel under the hot weather, even with demanding guests lacking manners. Overall, there are areas for improvement, but we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Nice resort with friendly, helpful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. They helped organise a number of tours for us. Service at the restaurants was always quick and the food of a high standard. It’s location gives you the impression you’re on an island as it is cut off when the tide is in. A lot of people would take advantage of the tide being out to visit the next beach. It’s advisable to take a torch - best a “head torch” - in case you have to come back via the jungle footpath at night which many people did.
They organised elephant bathing, long tail boat trips and kayaking for us from this resort which we would typically do in the morning and get back to enjoy the facilities in the afternoon. The grounds here are beautiful with many tropical plants and the occasional wild monkey or two though the resort does their best to keep them at bay.
We went in the rainy season but rarely saw any rain. The kayaking off the beach here is also very exciting with its dramatic cliffs adorned with stalactites. Finally when it came time to leave the hotel kindly arranged transport for us to our next destination.

Good experience visiting this hotel; starting by only 2 ways to the hotel : by speedboat or by walking along the monkey tail, both is exciting. Hotel location is fantastic : facing to the sea with mountain at the back, surrounding by lot of trees, monkeys, lemurs...natural environment. Stay at the room on the 3rd floor spacious room with nice panorama sea view. Like jacuzzi at the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants with different delicious cuisine. Spa is very good. People who want to be back to natural with 5 star service pampered... this hotel is recommended.

Incredible location, the most spectacular views.
Troops of monkeys on the monkey trail every day. Other more shy monkeys can be seen moving through the trees in the resort itself.
Biggest buffet breakfast selection I've ever seen, including many different dinner meals from multiple different cultures all for breakfast.

Just one parameter LOCATION... Just a piece of heaven... After staying for 2 nites I can just say this hotel itself is a place to visit.
Anyway Food was good , they have their own free ferry service whole day from 8am to 7.30pm which has to be booked by a call. Or else by paying 1000/1200 u can have ur own boat...
Indian food is available but not up-to a good standard.. Breakfast spread is great,.
Internal walking distance should be noted that as area of resort is widespread.. For Old people little challenging. Perfect place for Honeymoon and Family stay.

The romantic ambiance only heightened the enchantment, making it an unforgettable and relaxing escape.

It was a way beyond expectations, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ms. Chacha, Guest Manager at The Club is so much helpful and considerate to the requirements. Overall a lifetime experience.

This is a little piece of paradise.
The staff is amazing, the facilities superb and not even mentioning the location.
If you are looking for a place to relax and pamper yourself this is your place. Quite, family friendly, exclusive, definitely recommend for an upper level kind of experience.

Me and my husband have been Centara Ras fushi Maldives before, as we had wonderful time there, we chose Centara grand Krabi this time.

Don't pay attention to the negative things that have been said. The arrival is a bit disturbing at first, having to wait for the boat, but that's all the fun. We were a family with two large rooms and a sea view, equipment is a bit outdated but huge bathroom, staff with very good service. High quality brakefast, plenty of things. Some restaurants in the area of the hotel, prices are more than compared to Thailand, but a huge selection. The monkey trial path is about 10 minutes from the boardwalk. A little fitness is good. Pool directed to the sea, an amazing view, take care only to be coordinated with a boat reservation. In short, an amazing experience, a team with a sense of service taking care of little things to make sure that every things will be ok and a very good hotel.

One of the best resorts to stay and the people very humble.. specially JOE, TIK, BEE and ICE..!! Very nice people to talk to and helpful as well..!! Helpful and very easy to talk..!! Do need a stay..!!

I enjoyed every moment at this place. The most beautiful staff, very helpful and dedicated to your staying experience. Never asked for something and got rejected. 24hrs service. Location is a bit remote accessible by boat and monkey trail only, apart from that it was simply amazing 😍
