From you arrive till you leave you are taken such good care of! Very nice this hotel is not too big, and you will get to know the waiters working here, which gives you a more comfortable experience.

Even a few days upon arrival they reached out to me per email to ask if I needed help for booking a transport to the hotel.

We paid approx. €163 per night (we had 2 nights in total) for a room, so our assessment must be held up against what to expect for this:

1 Room:
* Very clean!
* But not enough space to store luggage and carry on for 2 people on a long trip.

* Too low door frames on the door to the toilet for north European guests… My husband is 188 cm and had trouble not to get hurt! He actually smashed his head twice causing wounds, because the door frame wasn’t more than 175 cm I suppose…

* We were missing a quiet or night mode function on the air condition.

* There is not enough water pressure in the shower. It needs descaling.

* The sockets need to be replaced as the chargers with European plugs falls out due to wear and tear. You have to invent an innovative way yourself, so that the chargers themselves do not fall out of the sockets in the wall but stays in.

2 Facilities:
* It’s a very nice quiet place! Especially for adults without children.

* It’s nice there is absolutely no stress around the pool. You’ll get served with towels, free water and fresh fruits every day. Eon is very hospitable!

* Sadly the Parasols around the pool smells muggy… which is uncomfortable. They could easily solve this problem by exchanging them.

* In general the pool area really needs a loving hand. The floor is damaged in several places, I fell through a few loose boards one time and the glass railing badly needs to be polished on both sides.

3 Personal:
* I have never met such friendly staff before. From you enter the lobby until you leave again, everyone is greeting you when they see you. Everyone is VERY proactive!

We wanna say thanks to Cha, Prae and a special thanks to Mitt… who we found exceptionally friendly.

4 Breakfast:
* CAN JUST SAY WOW! Best breakfast I have ever had In Thailand. Very sustainably, that they only cook what you order.

* We liked they have vegan alternatives to milk such as oat milk and coconut yoghurt.

* It’s the best coffee we had so far in Thailand, as they have a real barista in the bar.

* The western breakfast, lunch and diner are delicious, but need more salt. Staff provide you with this if necessary.

5 General:
* A LOT of mosquitoes 🦟 live here, so remember to ask the staff for mosquito spray!
* We also asked for a candle and a lighter, for the little scent tower in the bathroom ,to keep the mosquitoes away from our hotel room.

* Very nice gesture that you get a free ice cream and mocktail on the 2.nd Day after check in (1 pm - 5 pm)

* Nice music is played daylong at the restaurant.

* Using a taxi driver ordered by the hotel is faster than taking a grab, as the drivers the hotel works with, know the route very well to and from the hotel. With our grab driver we were taking an unpaved route…

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and no doubt we are gonna recommend this place further! The view is stunning and the food and drinks are absolutely delicious! 🤤 For not to mention the staff is a leage of its own!

Phenomenal hotel, with amazing views and staff that are some of the most polite people I've ever dealt with. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

There was some maintenance work being done whilst we were there, which did have a minor impact on noise and equipment being moved around.

To the people complaining about insects, you are literally in a jungle... and to those stating there are 'no activities on an evening', it is not an all inclusive resort...

We contact the hotel to pick us up at the airport. Beautiful experiences and hotel. Cafe on top of the resort is very good. When you stay in hotel, breakfast is provided. It's in the bar area where you first enter for your rooms. IT was pretty gloomy so didn't see a bright sunrise. Dinner needs reservations, so we did that right away before we went to our rooms. Their seabass was the best thing I ever ate.

We didn't stay here, we only went to see the view of the bay at the cafe at the top.
From the menu; food and drinks looked great, prices are a little high but considering it's part of the hotel, and the quality you get, think it's quite reasonable. I only had coffee and it was very nice though.
The view overlooking Phanga bay was amazing. I think it might be better to come at early morning when it's not too hot, or too crowded. But guess it would be best to come for the sunrise, if possible.

Fantastic stay, incredible staff and beautiful view. The staff from the get go have tried everything to make our stay a pleasant one. We arrived early in the morning for sunset and weren’t able to check in (unless we paid for a full night in another room, which we declined) so we went to the cafe to watch sunrise. The food at the cafe wasn’t so good but we booked a long tail boat ride independently and the hotel arranged for our transport to the pier for free. Once we got back they brought us to this incredibly luxurious room. The hot water wasn’t working for a bit so they sent someone to fix it up and even followed up. Their restaurant serves incredible dinners and breakfast - I would choose to go here than the cafe. A word of advice: book the villa with the tub

Outstanding experience.

Everything was great. The room, the service, the location. I couldn’t have asked for more. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

There was a fantastic pool with views to the whole bay. The room was fresh and with all the necessary amenities. We had a baththub with incredible views.

The place is fresh, with a nice breaze at night. It felt we were in the middle of the jungle.

We had a nice dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. Local food with a touch of elegance.

Special thanks to all the staff for the amazing service. Always attentive.

The rooms have amazing view : the iconic Phang Nga bay! I loved it, everything is very clean inside, the staff is doing all they can to make you stay memorable and are very kind. Food is super delicious 🫶

Incredible experience. Really nice hotel, in the middle of nowhere ( maybe the location can be a bit bad because the rooms are already quit expensive and the taxis to go and come back overthere are so expensive too.. you need to include this in your budget too )
but except that, the food was so yummy, room was amazing, with the hot tube and the view on the bay, we really enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I only stayed at the Sametnangshe Boutique for one night. However, we had a great stay! The staff is super friendly, breakfast is good and the view is amazing.

Apart from our great stay, I must admit that the hotel rooms could use an upgrade here and there...

Amazing view, however, location is quite far from city centre so I wouldnt recommend more than 2 days.
Staff were super friendly, and the restaurant has great thai food.

Park at the hotel parking yard and went up there by hotel pickup car, Bht50 per person for round trip. The car ticket can be used as discount coupon of Bht30 for Bht200 ordering of cafe and cake

Loved our stay here! The view is just perfect, won’t get it anywhere else. The restaurant had enough choices. They always saved us a seat in the front. Downside only is that there’s a lot of mosquitoes at night. Thankfully we brought some lotion for that.

A beautiful hotel with stunning views.
Every member of staff we had contact with extremely helpful and friendly.
We had the king suite in the main hotel block. There is a skywalk being built nearby, so to avoid being overlooked you may want to book one of the beautiful bungalows if available.
We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was delicious, service excellent and prices reasonable.
I would definitely come back, probably in dry season so you don’t have to gamble with the weather.
I would recommend coming here for the day over the nearby viewpoint.

This place is as close to perfect as it gets! The stay would be worth it due to the view alone (it is absolutely stunning) but what really makes it so magical is the staff. Everyone is so wonderful and kind! Min, Wa, Martin, truly every single person who works here is thoughtful and kind. Everyone does their job with such care. With the help of everyone here we had a comfortable clean room, great meals, drinks by the most relaxing pool and a stunning day trip to some islands. Well worth the occasional bug (and they give you bug spray!). There is nothing unsafe at this property. I can’t fathom how anyone could complain about it! Thank you so much!

The most magnificent view I have ever seen! Beautiful location, the staff were very helpful/hospitable to us. The food was delicious. Breakfast was fantastic! A truly wonderful stay. We will most definitely return 😀

Everything about staying at Samet nangshe boutique hotel was a dream. From the moment that we arrived, we received impeccable customer service. The people who work here are so thoughtful, kind and professional. They even upgraded our room free of charge just because they wanted too. We greatly appreciated that gesture.

To those saying “they don’t speak good enough English…” seriously??? You are in THEIR country. It’s incredibly entitled to expect the staff to speak perfect English. The staff here speak perfectly fine English and try their very best to accommodate everyone, also there’s something called google translate you can use 😉

Not only was the staff great but the view was probably the best view I’ve ever seen in my life! It was so stunningly beautiful and we woke up super early every morning to see the beautiful sun rise.

The food and cocktails here were great as well. Everything was very fresh and tasty. I would have to say my favorite meal was always breakfast. The breakfast offered is complimentary and absolutely delicious and there are so many options!

We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful spot in the future, we were so pleased! Also the rooms were great in our opinion; we felt like we were in a luxurious tree house in the jungle which was really cool, we loved the bath in each room. My only complaint is that the bath/ shower water didn’t get very hot, besides that everything was perfect.

This property, a piece of Gods beautiful canvas of art 🖼, was the most stunning breathtaking tear jerker view for which I have ever witnessed in my life. The service and staff fun, sweet, kind, and attentive. The meals very delectable, presentation superb!!!

This is a place I have been wanted to visit for years. I finally got around to taking a nights stay here with my best friend from the UK as I knew she would appreciate the views. We were both blown away by the natural beauty of Phang Na Bay. It’s literally even better than the pics you have seen. We decided to stay in one of the wooden huts rather than the delux room and this was a great decision. The food was excellent and the service was world class. Put this place on your bucket list. You will not regret it.
