Korat Chef

I stumbled across this gem of a shop early evening while out walking. I saw the guy making the pies next door. To be honest when in Thailand I'm not bothered about 'Farang' food, I don't miss it at all. But this looked too good to resist. I bought two pies, one cheese and potato and one chicken and ham, unfortunately I was given two cheese and potato, no big deal as they were delicious even when eaten cold. I also bought a pork pie. To be honest I was prepared to be disappointed. But I wasn't. It was absolutely delicious and better than pies you buy in a supermarket in England because it contained real meat.
I also bought some Koppaberg cider which I think was 170 bht.
I think that's very reasonable, cheaper than what you would pay in a bar back home.
I'm back in Korat next week and will be heading back to the shop again to stock up.

Great place to buy comfort food. Fresh Burger Buns and lots of frozen steak, sausages and pre-made meals.

Really can't rate this business highly enough. Amazing range of western food available. The quality of the food is excellent with very competitive prices.
Delivery service is also top class. I highly recommend this business.

Great selection of food Nearly enough to make you miss England ..

This is an excellent place to buy falang food that is not available anywhere else in Korat. They have a great selection of meat pies and pasties.If you have never been than ots a must place to go and visit.

KoratChef has it all with regards to foreign food. I particularly like the ham, variety of meat pies and bacon.

The staff are also very friendly with a warm greeting everytime I visit. If you want to know something about a product, the staff are also very knowledgeable about their stock.

Korat Chef provides both locals and expats with a wide range of exceptionally high quality western food. As well as excellent bacon and sausage products, they have pre-prepared frozen meals, such as Cottage or Shepherd Pie and many other options too. They also provide their customers with Indian cook in sauces and nan bread. They provide a professional and friendly service and are most worthy of a 5 star rating.
