Crystal Resort Korat

Stayed here for a week and a bit. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Room was clean and spacious. Nice shower and bed was comfy. Cleaning staff always had fresh towels when needed, and the rooms were regularly cleaned and stocked with bottled water and coffee.

The staff at the hotel were FANTASTIC. Very kind and friendly. Front desk were always willing to offer assistance and eager to help. The cleaning staff were also on the ball, doing their job with a smile on their face and pleasant to deal with. Top marks to the hotel staff.

The only slight, and small slight was the strange system of doing laundry where one had to list each item of clothing. Id suggest doing it by weight is a better system.
Also the restaurant and cafe staff were not great at dealing with customers. Not looking at the customer when giving food, or change, not giving the full attention, etc. But the food in the restaurant was very good. I had a burger and fries with a coffee. was fine. Came to about a 6 Euros 80 cents. (A tad bit expensive)

The Hotel has a nice outdoor seating area, with a fountain and a small stream. Is nice to sit down and relax in.

Great location too. Right next to The Mall, a large shopping and restaurant complex.

Overall, I had a good time at this hotel, and if I am back in town I will definitely like to return.

Stayed 5 nights and wanted to stay even longer as it was super comfortable and nice. Staff were great, the beds are the best we've had in months and the mall and cafe next to the hotel were great too. Definitely highly recommended 👌

We stayed here for 4 nights, we had a very good experience! The room is very big, clean and comfortable. The mall is right next to the hotel (about 1 minute walk), and the train station is also super close.
The staff was very nice and they helped us a lot.

Very cheap and rooms are large but the single beds are awful so don't book a room with a single bed. Also, the restaurant sells the best burger in the world.

Instead of providing a costly to maintain swimming pool, Crystal Resort affords a most charming garden, something a 5-star hotel would have; but this is a 3-star by commercial standard. Yet, it is situated adjacent to The Mall in Korat which houses a Gourmet Market with a 5-star salad bar (for example, squid ink spaghetti with squid rings, chestnut, feta cheese, to name a few).

For 606 baht a day, I stayed in a one bedroom unit with a living room and a kitchenette — they call it the “Presidential Site”; I call it the best deal in Korat: in terms of cleanliness, convenience, and value; bar none. I have been to the low (such as the Mayflower, previously the Chao Phraya) and I have been to the high (Centre Point, and tomorrow into Centara at five times the cost). Crystal Resort has the best value. Most surprisingly, although it is not a newly constructed hotel, all 3 of the sinks and tubs come with a strainer and a drain plug; water drains through all three muy rapido!

Hôtel d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix, chambre immense, claire, très propre, frigo, bouilloire à eau chaude, café à dispo, grande armoire avec penderie, grand bureau ... l'emplacement est bon si vous allez sur Bangkok, il est sur la route ... sinon, quartier avec beaucoup de circulation, sans grand intérêt, un immense mall juste à côté, avec de grandes enseignes de burgers, pizzas et poulets frits connus ...
