Happy Motorbike Rental

For sure the place you should go in Udon for motorcycle rental, a good selection of bikes well maintained and at a decent rate particularly for longer rentals.
I did have a small accident causing some damage to several parts, but I think the owner was very fair in what he charged me, and parts only as he provides the labour.
Great service and owner a great guy, would definitely come back next time.

No fuss rentals and communication is excellent. This was my 2nd time coming back for another 10day hire. The young girl that has met me on both occasions was polite, helpful and knew what she was doing the whole time. She does have to answer to the boss on occasions if trying to do a deal as my rental was for 10days tho everything is done without a hassle and they have a great selection of bikes. For previous reviews that said stay away l couldn’t disagree more. If you can’t ride a bike and then you crash into a car then that’s 100% your fault. Please don’t blame the company and bad mouth and try and ruin their reputation because you lack the skills to ride. There’s no scam here people. All papers and registration are given and all paperwork is filled out on front of you and you take photos for your own records.
My bike for the whole 10days was excellent and l covered nearly 300km on the 115cc Yamaha. Thanks once again.

I had an urgent delivery to make outside 30 km outside Udon and rented a Yamaha Finn from them. The bike was well-maintained, and even had a phone holder, which was super-useful for navigation. The Yamaha Finn is a simple semi-automatic step-through which was very easy to maneuver in rush-hour traffic. It cost THB250 for a 24-hour period, and a THB2000 deposit was needed.

BEST thing was that the shop only needed to take a photograph of my passport, without needing to keep it physically. That in itself would be the BEST reason to rent your bikes from them. I hate it when other parties hold on to my passport!

Next best thing is the shop's very strategic location, opposite Central and on the row of shops near the main bus station. Train station is also about 10 minutes walk up the road.

Very happy with the service I just got while on my short trip to udon hired a bike for 3 days was given a Honda click 125 was a very reliable and well looked after bike and service was stress free and will not hesitate to hire from again in future trips to Udon thank you

Read some good reviews on Google. So hired a New Honda Click motorbike bike from the young lady Chalita who speaks good English. The Business is run from a hair Salon opposite the Central Plaza and all the range of bikes appear to be new. It seems like a family run business who are trying to build a good reputation. On my experience I would use them again as would my dog GaTi กะทิ who spent many days on the bike too !

Just hired an auto scooter for two days. The bike was excellent. The service/communications was excellent.(good english). No hassle at at all. Cost 300b per day. No need to leave passport as just took pic. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Great place. Really kind and helpful staff. 2000 baht deposit. 300/500 per day rental depending on bike. Super solid bikes for 300. Auto and manual. Guy offered to teach me how to ride semi auto but I just went with auto. My friend recked his bike and was charged 2500 baht which was totally reasonable. I left feeling like this guy and his business was there to provide visitors with a great time in isaan, not to make the most money he could. If he wasn’t a good dude he totally could have charged my friend a lot more. Definitely use these people solid bikes and very trustworthy. Don’t hold onto passport

Great place for renting a bike. Location is convient in Central Udon. New bikes, great service. I'll see you guys again next time.

Reasonable price b1750 for 7 days including delivery and collection. Bike was 125cc and modern. Slight damage to seat otherwise a zippy well maintained bike. I was unable to check oil level as Thais seem to really like to tighten the dipstick (I've noticed this elsewhere). I did take a quick look at some other Bike Hire locations and tbh I'm glad I chose Happy.
The 'shop' is opposite Central Plaza and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 3 minutes from the bus station.
If I ever return I'll be calling Happy.

All good things about this motorbike rental 👌 reliable scooters, great prices and friendly owners, I recommend it for anyone that wants to come to Udon and visit some places around the city

got the bike within 5 minutes, same goes to return.
Straight forward, clear cut.
Rented the bike (auto) 300 bahts a day, deposit 1000 baht.

A day = 24 hours. so if u took the bike at 11am, u returns before 11am next day.

Like so many others came here after reading the great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed! All bikes look almost new and never had such a simple process : passport photocopy, 1000baht deposit and 250 per day for nice Honda scooter. Highly recommend this family run company!!
