Drive Car Rental Udon Thani Airport Branch

I arrived at Udon Thani airport and was greeted by the Drive Car representative. We went over the paperwork and I drove away. Returned the car 15 days later, they looked at the vehicle and everything was good. The people I worked with from the company spoke English which was great because I don't speak Thai. I will definitely use this company when I go back in July. Very happy with every part of our interaction.

Excellent service, met me at the exit gate of the airport with my name on a sign and walked me out to the car. Everything was ready to go. Ek explained everything and has very good English. Car return was very easy and smooth. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.

I am currently renting a car for the 2nd month. I rarely give 5* ratings since there is always room for improvement but not this time. The service I have received from the beginning has been outstanding, above and beyond what they needed to do. The prices are good and more than fair as far as I know the best in Udon Thani. The cars are new and they will go out of their way to get you the car you want. Even if there is a problem they will immediately work with you to resolve it.

Staff speaks english. Waited for us to pick up the car at the airport with a place card for quick identification.

The whole process is fast and fuss free.

Same goes for the return of the car as well.

Kindness and profesionality. They were really nice people to interact with and they show a lot of profersionallity and understanding of the rental process. They explained me everything correctly, even they send me a location for dropping out the car at the airport.

The best experience of all the car rental companies I have used so far. New cars in perfect condition, but what is the biggest bonus of this car rental company is the customer service. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The rental prices are also very friendly. If you are traveling to Udon Thani and need a car, I definitely recommend renting from this company as well.

This is the best car rental service. Prior to my arrival in Udon Thani, I was able to communicate with Mr. Sarawut Khamsankhot and he is such a super efficient, friendly and helpful person. I requested for a new car and as promised, I was given a new car and everything was in perfect order. The price was also comparatively cheaper than other car rental companies. Returning the car was also very smoothly done without any complications, thanks to Mr. Sarawut and his team. I accidentally left something in the car. To my surprise, they actually kept it for me and I was able to retrieve it the next day. It was overall a very happy deal. No problem whatsoever. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sarawut and his team members. Really appreciate their excellent service.

Highly recommended. car had quite a few scratches on it when I recieved it, but no problem returning. Staff were there when I arrived and departed and were polite and courteous. Good value for money. I had a Nissan March and drive over 1000km in it with no problem at all. You can trust this company.
