The service is perfect! The room is not that new but still a great place. You can walk down to the beach and they also have a bar there. You can enjoy the sunset from the pool as well.

Had a wonderful stay with VAYNA hotel - the staff were very attentive and the beach had an amazing sunset with happy hour cocktails. They arranged full boat and taxi to Bangkok for us, our only issue was the taxi driver charged us again for the boat ticket which we had paid for via hotel and was very pushy for a tip on dropping us off. Which we again paid him more, always happy to tip for great service but he had already sort of scammed us and asked for a tip which we didn’t want to give. Left a sour taste on the stay which is no fault of the hotel as they don’t employ driver but better sourcing of firm used would be better for their future guests - just be aware, total price to Bangkok was 5000 baht after paying hotel 4000 baht and driver a further 1000

Vayna has a good access to the beach, and the overall ambiance is good. The rooms were kept clean, the staffs were really helpful and friendly. The floors were quite slippery in the evening from all the people walking down there after a swim. They don’t have an elevator, which is kinda disappointing.

We spent 11 nights at this resort and it was amazing. We stayed at a tropical room which I highly recommend. Very good bed and great bathroom. They cleaned everyday without asking for it. The staff is really really great and they do their utmost best for you every single day. With every question they helped and looked for a solution. For example, we needed a n extra electricity cable for our laptop and they provided one within minutes. The location is just perfect, right at the beach with a stunning pool and happy hour everyday from 3 till 5 pm. We will miss this place and will surely come back again! Once again... a big complement for the staff and everything else that made our stay a 10+

We stayed here five nights. Absolutely stunning setting. Rooms are great. F&B a bit more expensive compared to other places in the area. Great pool and right at the beach. Staff is so friendly and attentive. Would absolutely recommend to anyone enjoying their holidays. Location is on a great area of the island with lively atmosphere yet not too busy.

One week at this boutique hotel was a complete recharge for us! The hotel has a quiet beach, laid-back atmosphere, friendly super nice staff and a big swimming pool with comfortable chairs and beds around it. The daily happy hour was a big plus! We would stay here again without any doubt.

4,5 ⭐ Perfect stay. We had 2 nights for the Christmas Eve here. The pool area is fantastic with an absolut nice ambience. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms a modern and clean.
The prices for food and drinks a too expensive. No motorbike for rent.
Breakfast very delicious.

Well the hotel newly renovated year 2019, the concept of local handcrafts which meant hotel names in Thai. The room spacious with well served amenities, clean towels and beach towels provided. The room is clean and easy to control air-conditioned temperature. The hotel not too big which good for a people who love small crowds. The food absolutely FABULOUS!! ,we enjoyed so much. The prices are also reasonable and varietyof meals option. The atmosphere in the evening great you can see the sunset from the pool or the beach. The evening you can have the dinner on the beach along with a live band music and great shows( during weekend). There staff also friendly and honest to you if you asked them for inquiries. This hotel will be one in my list that would definitely return.

Have just left Vayna Hotel, I can't find enough good things to say about it! Great value for money, lovely staff, everywhere was exceptionally clean, location was fantastic at the end of a quiet stretch of beach but very close to walk 10 minutes to Klong Prao village. Located on the beach front the sea is a few steps from the hotel sun loungers , would definitely recommend for families/couples/single travellers, we travelled as a family with teenagers and it was great !

We stayed at Vayna for four nights. The hotel has a very good location and staff is very professional and attentive. Nice pool area facing the beach and a beach bar beside the pool. Breakfast was versatile and I appreciate that you could eat breakfast outdoors looking at the sea! The rooms look very clean, fresh and are decorated with a good sense of style. Hotel restaurant had good Thai food with a reasonable price. The only thing we missed was a decent wifi connection as the one in the hotel was very slow. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Would visit again.

Very clean hotel, lovely location on sandy beach with safe swimming.

Very good value for money! The hotel has been fully renovated a few months ago so it's probably the best time to go now as everything is new and clean. We had one of the few sea-view ground floor rooms and it was fantastic. Quite spacious maybe 30 sqm, a nice bathroom, a large dressing and a super comfy king size bed! The breakfast buffet is decent. The swimming pool is great and the location of this hotel is awesome, right on the beach.
Few improvements:
- Rooms doors are noisy so very unpleasant to hear doors banging at night.
- Air conditioning in our room was very noisy too - got used to it but the first night was a bit hectic.
- Lack of storage (eg bathroom towel racks or hooks for wet clothes and towels).

We have spend 3 days in this newly renovated hotel and we loved it. The rooms are modern, clean and nicely designed. The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet us large and tasty. The pool area is well maintained and offers a nice view on the very clean beach which is directly accesible from the hotel. The staff reacts very fast to complaints. The only negative thing was that the wifi was almost not working at all during our stay.

The small hotel with 40 rooms, 4 sea view. There is nothing fancy much about the room. But the service from the staffs are beyond expectations. The pool, beach restaurant&bar hve nice view. They also has shower on Saturday night. Would recommend everyone to visit here.

This is a really good hotel, it has a great atmosphere and a cosy feel to it. From what I gather it's a family run hotel.

It is located off the main drag and at one end of Klong Prao beach. It is a quiet location but has all amenities and some restaurants etc close by (within 5 minutes). It's beach front showing is impressive along with the infinity pool.

The on site restaurant provides fantastic food from the a la carte menu. We had a variety of dishes and they were all really tasty. Breakfast was good, offers something for most. They also provide a nightly BBQ on the beach which was a charming evening and great BBQ food; we opted for T-bone and king prawns.

All of the staff are really friendly, helpful and chatty. They all made us feel at home. We would have a chat most days and in the evening while having a drink at the bar.

Our room was spacious and provided everything we needed. It was cleaned daily to a good standard but one thing I noticed was the bed not being changed, it had become slightly grim to sleep in. I took the sheets off myself in the end and they were changed.

The only negatives as per above which I'll bring to the staffs attention would be; the sunbed situation, people were reserving prime sunbeds extremely early (maybe even during the night!) so it was hard to get one - the main issue being most would be reserved but not used for hours! Perhaps any beds blatantly not being used during peak times should be handed to waiting guests?

They were small issues for us, but it's good to supply some feedback.

We would definitely stay here again if visiting Koh Chang as we did enjoy our stay.

Very nice location. The perfect beach in front of the hotel. If you want to see the koh Chang night life it's just 5 minutes walking from the hotel!

VAYNA is a beautiful, laid back resort with kind and attentive people. Location was great, it was on a very quiet stretch of the beach, and directly faced the sunset. Pool was okay sized, not huge but large enough not to feel crowded.

Our room was pretty standard, but I appreciated several things -- well placed sockets, a balcony (we didn't stay there but it was helpful for drying out towels etc), the spacious bathroom, and the very reasonably priced minibar. Each room was also provided with a beach bag which was a nice touch and came in quite helpful during our stay.

Breakfast was good. Bread, cereal, fruits, drinks and a salad bar were laid out buffet style, but the main meal had to be ordered, which meant getting a hot breakfast whether you go at 6:30 or at 10AM. The fried rice was very tasty

Restaurant food -- good and reasonably priced. Waiting time was about average. Bar -- we never ordered any cocktails but the beers were also reasonably priced and they were served with a beer cozy.

Overall we were very happy with our stay :)
