Fantastic. Used for private transfer of 5 people from Koh Chang, Thailand to Battambang, Cambodia. Everything went exactly as planned and advertised including ferry and taxi transitions. Dan was super helpful letting us know exactly what to expect at the border. Driver showed up at exactly the right spot 5 minutes before the meeting time. Everything went perfectly with friendly, safe and reliable drivers. I cannot praise this person enough! Dan was professional with us from the first day I started to communicate with him till the very last day! Unfortunately on our day of arrival our flight from Istanbul was postponed to the next day and we had to cancel our transfer to Koh Chang and he helped us arrange everything! We had great transfer services between Bangkok and our hotel on Koh Chang. Dan was very helpful via email with the booking. The drivers didn't speak English, which could have been communicated beforehand, but they were still very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous service! Dan arranged all our transfers from Bangkok to Koh Chang to Koh Kood and back to Bangkok. The drivers were great and all the boat services were perfect (ferry, speed boat & catamaran). We had to arrange an additional transfer at the last minute due to illness which was so easy thanks to Dan. Plus we were also able to reschedule our departure from Koh Kood by 1 day really easily. It was so nice to have everything sorted in advance and be reminded of the details at every stage. I would not hesitate to recommend and use this service again!! 5*

My partner and I highly recommend using this company. Dans communication was knowledgeable, timely & accurate & the car service was comfortable &efficient enabling us to feel relaxed and confident. We initially asked for a pick up in Bangkok airport & transfer to Koh Chang. . Feeling confident with heir service, we then used them again to go to Cambodia...and then again from Siem Reap to Bangkok. All trips were less expensive and quicker than flights, as there were 2 of us and we had 20kg luggage. Dan provided tips about best ferries, getting visas and visa crossing etc. We also used their website to gather accurate info and tips of where to visit, stay etc. We put our trust in them and they really exceeded our expectations. I haven't used their services (yet). But i sure will. Dan is an amazing guy and extremely helpful. We had a call, i explained what exactly i wanted and he delivered a list of choices for boat transfers, drivers, accommodation and all sort of ideas that could make our holidays better. I will make another review once i have met Dan in person and used his services but i have a feeling that everything will continue on an extremely professional level. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend explorehohchang enough. We used them twice for private minibus transfers to and from
Bangkok to Laem Sok for my family of five. The drivers were on time on both occasions, the vans were spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The drivers stopped off for us to get lunch and snacks on the journeys too.
Very good service and Dan, who arranged it all was brilliant communicating plans and timings along the way. Brilliant service!
