Best location with more car parking. Other hotel also have to park here. However the furnitures a bit dated there are ants hiding in the walls.

The best place to stay if you visit Betong it's near almost everything you need like seven eleven, the main street and the tunnel all within walking distance

Betong lies just 7km from the Malaysian immigration checkpoint along the Gerik Highway. This hotel is the best in Betong. I'd give it a 4-star for its facilities & service is great. Mandarin & English is widely used so communication is no issue. I was here 11 years ago and not much has changed. However, they should have changed their tvs to at least flat screen ones with hdmi. My bath shower was good, a bath tub is included in all rooms. The room is spacious, very pleasant & mattress good. Bed linens are fresh & clean. Buffet breakfast is good although it leans to a typical South East Asian spread. The restaurant doubles up as a lounge in the evening where 2 or 3 singers provide the entertainment. If you're the lazy sort & not inclined to walk to the nearby pub or girlie joints, this place is adequate with its affordable beer. Do request for higher floors as the view is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Flashiest hotel in Betong but a bit spartan by International standard. That said, this hotel is the best in this small town. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the room that you have to make yourself, hair dryer, mini fridge with only 2 bottles of mineral water as mini bar items, and bedside control for lights, air conditioning, TV and alarm settings, which is convenient. They included a 3-pin wall plug (mounted upside down, why?) so guests from Commonwealth countries won’t need to bring travel adaptors for their charging needs. Laundry service was brisk - I handed to them in the afternoon and they were returned washed and nicely folded in the evening. The reception staff were trained to speak Mandarin so that’s nice. We came here by motorcycles and were given VIP parking right outside the hotel’s main entrance. I have yet to try their breakfast at time of writing so cannot comment on that, but have no reason to suspect it is any short of excellence. They have in house massage service and an extensive room service menu too, if you choose not to venture out during inclement weather. If you are coming to Betong for a getaway, you can’t go wrong staying here at the GMBH.

Beautiful hotel. Hotel rates reasonable. Comes with breakfast for two. Room is spacious and clean. A fridge is also available in our room.

Food is nice and the man who play piano and violin at restaurant is awesome, he can sing very well , make the environment romantic and comfort 👍
