Great little gym thats very close to all the action. 50 Baht entry and you can get a towel/rag there for free. They sell protein too of you don't want to grab some from 7 Eleven. No aircon, but they've got fans and I'm not sure if it's the shade or insulation but it's not really a bother like other gyms that don't have aircon.
The equipment is in great condition, squat rack is there, they've got great mirror placement to check form to the point where there's some mirrors on the ceiling to check your dumbbell press or fly's. They've also got a bunch of cardio equipment.
The the only thing lacking is a a cable row machine, which is ok. I've never had it get really crowded but if it does, finding weights to add to the bar may be difficult as there isn't a massive amount like gyms back home.
They've got a shower and they've also go a yoga are upstairs.

50b to get in and although small, it has everything you need. A few treadmills and bikes, plenty of dumbbells, benches and a power rack. I went twice at around midday and there was never more than five others in the gym. There's one shower in the toilet upstairs if it's an emergency.

Perfect gym to workout while in Pai. It has lots of recent equipment (including cardio), it's clean, close to center and cheap (50BHT for 1 sessions).

Solid little gym! Good equipment (especially for SE Asia) fans everywhere, and it’s kept clean. Weights and cardio machines downstairs and yoga or abs room upstairs. They give you a (free) key to store things in a locker. Single entry is 50b, 900b for the month (you’d have to work out 19 times/month to make it worth it) which doesn’t quite add up.. highly recommend!

Awesome gym with everything you need for a proper workout. Not to many people if you go outside of the busy times (usually around 12 or from 4:30 to 6 from what we’ve seen so far)

One day pass is 50bah which is super fair- compared to most gyms in Thailand we’ve been to.

The one and only gym I've been in all of Asia with a proper power rack! Individual protein packs also available. Very fair prices.
The only downside is, there are not enough plates when many people are doing heavy lifts :-(

Couldn’t believe Pai had a gym!!! Brilliant - good gym, good range of dumbbells and more then enough equipment for a decent gym session!!! Yoga room upstairs for circuits if you’re not too hungover. Overall top gym - especially at 50baht

Has everything you need. Free weights, bench, squat rack, Smith machine. Basic cable machines and a yoga/stretching area upstairs. It’s a bit old but everything works well! Can’t do anything wrong for 50THB/day!

50 baht per day, good selection of weights and machines up to 48kg dumbbells and a few bars, squat rack etc, great value for a good quality clean gym in Pai

Awesome gym, Great equipment and friendly people. And you can smile at people walking by 🥰

There was a sale so it was 30B for the day and like others said barbell weight selection is tight but good enough for beginners.

Lots of free weight, shower and yoga place avaible. All equipment is new and in good condition. Single entrance 50bht

Legitimate free weights room. 50 baht.

Me costó 50baths, gym old school, yo fui y no había casi nadie, se podía entrenar de lujo. Perfecto para no perder la forma e incluso entrenar pesado.
