Super convenient location and helpful staff. We rent a scooter that got a flat tire. He came to pick us up for free. Just payed 100baht for the tire. Nice rooftop too. 👍

Very close to the bus station. Like 2 minute walk. Yet it is far enough to be quiet.
Highly recommend as it is impossible to miss your bus.

The hotel offer motorbike rental service at an affordable price 250 THB gor 24h, so you can rent old at 6 AM and ride to the old Sukhothai in just 10 minutes to beat the crowd.

Great location and situated next to the bus terminal so convenient for fellow travellers, the choice of hiring a motorbike or push bike to travel and explore the old city of Sukho Thai (around 20 minutes on motorbike). Really attentive and friendly staff, with extremely reasonable costs. Would recommend to stay here if visiting Sukho Thai.

The rooms were very large and despite being obviously old, holds up well to our demand. The layout for this place feels seriously like a true 5 star resort but with materials of a two star place. There exist many room options from 6-8 person dormitories with and without air conditioning to a family room, daily rated to monthly paying room for semi-permanent stays. The only funny part about this place is the location, being right next to the bus station could have Google Maps take you through it before reaching this place which when we navigated at night was... well... hilariously spooky.

The room is clean and comfy, nice big balcony. Close to the bus station. Not many places to eat but you can walk to the night market and also Food Panda and Grab works well here. Its around 12km to the Old Sukhotai, you can rent the scooter or the bicycle from the hotel.

We had a great stay at this guesthouse! Clean room, fast internet and very friendly staff. We had a room with fan, it was cool enough during night for a good sleep.
The location was perfect for us because we arrived by bus and the guesthouse is 100m beside the bus station. Also when we left the guesthouse, all we had to do was stumble across the street to go back to the bus station :)
We also rent a scooter from this guesthouse for 200 baht a day and it was in perfect condition. We never had such a good scooter in Southeast Asia.
Only one point of concern: the mattress is too hard, it's almost like you sleep on the floor ;)
Oh and please change the towels! They look cute (for example with rabbits), but they do not absorb anything.

Wonderful people to greet us. Amazing price. Clean room. The location is right beside the bus station so it was incredibly easy to find. Bikes available to get around.

Nice guesthouse with big and clean rooms. It's a little bit outside the main city but directly opposite the bus terminal. You can also rent a scooter for a few bahts . The breakfast is also good. Very friendly and helpful staff.
It's in walking distance to the night market. And all you need is around.

We had a very pleasant stay in this guesthouse.
We booked a room for 3 but they gave us one for 4 instead without extra charge. It was a huge room with a big refrigerator, AC, fan, big bathroom, where the boiler didn't work at the beginning but they fixed it within minutes, and very comfy beds.
They have a nice patio with a lot of chairs and a Hollywood swing. They offer cheap and good food and the beer costs as much as in the 7/11.
While we were there the engine of one of our bikes died because of the rain and they took us to a mechanic nearby who fixed it.

I arrive really late or early 3am and service really good, as well rent a motor bike whit about any problem deposit fee of 2000 THB, room and services clean, just in front of bus station!

Perfect location (1 min to the bus station), really clean rooms and amazing and helpful staff! After a whole day in Sukhothai old town they let us wait in their place and even offered shower before the trip to Bangkok. Recommended

Wonderful hosts! This hostel is freshly new, rooms are in excellent condition, about 20seconds to bus station and most important - owner is one of the nicest person I've ever met! If you go to Sukhotai History Park, it's the most perfect place to stay in! :)

Comfort and convenience. Super clean AC and non ac rooms. Economical price. Close to bus terminal with country views but as they have free bicycles the trip into sukhothai just 10 minutes along quiet back roads. Thai restaurants close by and a big public swimming pool just 5 minutes away. (PREMS OK health club on the main hiway.)

Rueang Sri Ri Guesthouse is located at 17.014699 N, 99.811986 E (17°00'52.9"N 99°48'43.2"E) at the bus station. It was a perfect base to catch the 06:40 Wintour bus to Si Satchanalai Historical Park for 45 Baht. The later 09:00 bus will not allow for enough time to see everything. The bus drops off on Highway 101 at km 135 + 550 m at 17.432578 N, 99.811911 E (17°25'57.3"N 99°48'42.9"E). We came back on the last bus which showed up at the 50 Baht bike rental shop half an hour early at 15:00 instead of 15:30. The owner put out a huge purple flag to tell the bus to stop for us.

Rooms with a double bed are about 257 Baht with fan and 457 Baht with air conditioning. I paid 200 Baht cash only on check in to upgrade to air conditioning as I did not read the room description when making the booking. Air conditioning rooms will be the last listed on Hotels. The section we stayed in was eighteen months old, but looks brand new. Very clean!

Foam mattress was reasonably soft. The Hello Bear sheet and pillowcases were cute. Two small bottles of water were provided at check in. Gave us map. Told us about festival at night market.

Not all "wooden trucks" from Old Sukhothai go to Bus Terminal. Most actually do not. They go to the market area downtown. Locals seem to pay 10 Baht. We paid 20 Baht.

Get up early if you are going to Kamphaeng Phet. Go to the Wintour window to book on a Bus 100. The local 130 truck only leaves when it gets enough people, and we waited two hours.

The best place to eat is T Bone Steak House, 800 meters away on the main street in town. Part of the way is on a dirt road but most in paved. Meals are delicious and are made to order, starting at 79 Baht.

Value for your money just Bath 350.00 , , One kilometers to town , place and room very well maintained. Ladies boss very friendly.

Friendly and very genuine. Rooms where clean, everything worked. Fridge, tv, ac ! Scooter rental very good price for 24hrs. Would stay again if passing throu the town. Try them out!!

Everything was fine. The aircon was great, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The busstation is very near and there are some resturants around the guesthouse.

Good location. You don't need to be nearer to town. Easy cycle/journey to the historical park. Clean, quite new. An outdoor roof space. Food places nearby.

Amazing staff. Clean guesthouse. Located in a great area. You can also rent motorbikes from the guesthouse. Food is really good too.
