Pinnacle Grand Jomtien Resort and Beach Club

Ambience: Very beautiful and positive. There is a private beach and 2 swimming pools in the property.

Location: It is a big property next to the sea including private beach and shacks.

Staff: Very polite and professional. They speak fluent English.

Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent. They provide international breakfast.

Beach front resort. The room rate is very affordable even on peak season. Stayed in the pool villa. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is up to standards.

Kids loved the pools and sea. Nice beaches, clean and good atmosphere.

Nice older hotel. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Three pools and a private beach. It's a little far from the shopping and entertainment in central Pattaya.

Great value for money, large room, family facilities (kids loved the 3 pool, indoor kids club and outdoor playground), great location on the beach with atleast 5 restaurants within walking distance.

Staff were ultra friendly and even accommodated an extra late checkout which was appreciated tremendously by the kids who could complete their afternoon nap before driving back to bangkok. Breakfast buffet was sufficient.

Only downside was the lack of onsite dining/cafe options. Try bacco, old friend and glass house nearby. Great options!

Others have pointed out that this place has seen better days. This is partially true but was not bothersome to us at all. One should not expect an immaculate 5 star hotel, but this hotel isn't trying to be that. It's a comfortable, spacious, family friendly resort at a budget price point.

Also, one of the most wheel chair / stroller friendly resorts I have been to in thailand!

We will definitely add this to our list of regulars near Bangkok. Thanks to the front desk staff in particular!

Good place for long or short stays. Bungalows are great and have their own pool, very natural surroundings.
It's a very large complex, so expect to do a fair bit of walking.
There's a lot of breakfast variety to choose from.
The beach is private but the sea water is very dirty.

We can highly recommend Pinnacle Grand Jomtien. Amazing staff and super service. There was some technical issues with our room the first night. The manager upgraded us to a better room at his own suggestion as a patch on the wound. Location wise it is a bit far from Jomtien City center so this place is perfect for couples and families who wants a quiet and stress free stay. Although the hotel offers car service to Jomtien and Pattaya. A shuttle buss is also available. We did not try dinner but the breakfast had all the necessary food items for both children and adults. 3 swimming pool and a private beach at your disposal. Good value for the money!

My favorite hotel in the Pattaya area. Location is great (right on the beach), clean resort with swimming pools. Everything you need for a gateway weekend. Very good quality/price. Special mention to the 2 German guys, especially Robert who is a five stars hotel manager.

Really nice Hotel, a bit complicated to get there but they have an amazing service staff, so welcoming! The pools were always clean and they have clean towels for the pool. In general the rooms are perfectly clean and the beds are comfortable.

If you are the person who prefer great sight view in modern tower building with almost new room condition, don't make reservation on this Pinnacle resort but if you are the person who prefer peace in mind and want to give relaxation to oneself like me, go to this hotel without any doubt.

Very bad hotel. Staff are not welcoming, behaving very bad. Room service is very poor. Not clean. All are outdated things. Air condition not working. Reception where very rude. Very bad location.

I Have been with my family to Pinnacle Grand Jomtien Resort in Pattaya for three nights.

We have a great experience with all staff, food, room service and the location itself.

For sure we will try it again and I will recommend the hotel to all my friends who are planning to visit Pattaya.

I do love the smile of all ladies and men in the reception area when they welcome us each time we pass through the reception area. The best hospitality I ever seen when traveling around the globe.

Great place with great friendly staff & lots of entertainment. Everytime I visit beautiful Thailand, I stay at the Pinnacle Grand Resort with my 8 year old son. We rent a hobie cat sailing boat on the beach.

Pleasant hotel. We had a garden bungalow, which was good value and quiet (I noticed they gave out free ear plugs in the main building). I wanted somewhere close to BKK to spend a few days with my kids between flights. I was a little concerned about the "unsavoury" side of Pattaya. But this hotel is at the far end of Jomtien, with a wholly different ambience. Of course, the downside was 300-500bht taxi to Pattaya (never tried the hotel bus, 80 bht each way, but not too convenient times). Apart from breakfast (good buffet), we ate in local restaurants as less expensive.

Absolutely lovely resort, especially if your staying in a pool villa (worth the extra cost). Nice lunch options and the near by restaurants are top notch. The gym was average & full of mosquitos! Managed to take some of the dumbells outside for a workout in the shade
