Fabulous for our family trip. Kids enjoy every aspect of your hotel. Food , beverages, and chocolate happy hour! Amazing and brilliant idea.

Very good impression, all staff have shown theirs Very friendly, professional , and courtesy . From security staff at the parking lots to front reception to house keeper to all pool staff , including staff at every single play ground or water sport equipment station, they all show theirs best hospitality.

Very impressive for our first time stay with ACCOR group.

Swimming pool is very cleaned and well maintenance . Life guards so well focusing on their duty and keep everyone safe.

Need more elevators or some sort of high zone / low zone though . Only mid-size 4 cars are not quite enough for check in/out or during breakfast rush hours.

The hotel room is so good and the King-sized bed is so amazing for a good sleep. Love the seaview n swimming pool from the balcony. Especially love all the lounge service like Afternoon Tea, Sunset Cocktail and Chocolate free hour, but just wish to taste the real chocolate bars n stuff not only cereal coated with chocolate hoping to get a variety of chocolate for the next visit.Besides, the swimming pool is so big but wish we could use the other one next door too. We also love breakfast buffet on the lounge with serving sparkling wine on weekends. That's so good!
Last but not least, the female servers in the Lounge are so friendly, nice with good service mind always asking me what I want to eat or drink today with care especially one or two girls I'd like to compliment are 1.น้องต่าย(ชอบมากคนนี้ รู้ใจเราตลอดว่าชอบเครื่อง
ดื่มอะไร) 2. พี่พร 3.น้องยาหยี and a few of the girls in the Lounge team, which I can't remember all of their names.They all made me extend my stay for 2 more nights because of the good food options n their services. I'll definitely come back again. See you guys soon!
More requests : 1.wish the fridge in our hotel room could be bigger 2. wish we could use the other swimming pool next to the available one. 3. Looking forward to having like a bar or clubbing in the beach where we can have dinner enjoy live music and dance . Possibly more shows for hotel guests to get entertained more , apart from the fire show.
P.S. I stayed at the hotel with my bf for 5 days 4 nights, which at first planned to stay only 2 nights but after experiencing the lounge service on 3rd floor from the girls team, nice breakfast with Sparkling wine served , the afternoon tea n the sunset Cocktail, we decided to extend our stay for 2 more nights because of them n the big swimming pool. Love it!

Good location and lovely facilities, unfortunately the beach (sand) was a little dirty (debris, etc) and sun beds/lounges + tables w/chairs on the beach seemed to be placed all over the place without much thought … scattered.
Small things in the room were dated.. or maybe it’s just the regular tear and wear from being by the beach. This it needs constant maintenance. But room was very clean.

Breakfast at the restaurant on the Ground floor was much better than the executive lounge on the third floor. It had more, better variety and it tasted better too.
Staff were lovely and helpful.
We would stay there again.

I'm really impressed with the service of reception when I checked in eventhough that was 10:30 am. The receptionist is very welcomed to let me early check in and explain the hotel services clearly. The staff in restaurants are nice especially during chocolate's hours. The buffet breakfast is amazing. At last the checkout process is very efficiency.

My husband and I stayed at Movenpick for two fantastic weeks. Nice and clean with caring service from the staff, great facilities such as the gym and swimming pool and a great selection of food from a variety of venues. The staff went above and beyond to help me with a dilemma and things turned out well due to their input. We felt like royalty during our stay there and would like to come back again one day.

Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Surprisingly just our first stay here, but will definitely return.

All interactions with staff was very positive with an attentive, nice behaviour.

The resort is right in the beech, which is found just beyond the great swimming pool (complete with sliders and play area) they also have a really cool green area and another kids area.

Wasnt noisy, despite catering for the younger ones (even at the weekend).

Enjoyed the lounge access and also ate breakfast in there the next day (platinum Accor benefits)

Got upgraded to the executive suite, which was a really lovely touch.

3 separate restaurants (including the pool side one) so plety of choice.

Truly an excellent hotel and our kids loved it. Breakfast buffet is A+, and the swimming pool is truly massive. The beach is much better than expected and not too crowded. If you like to explore the area you need to take a taxi as there’s not much outside the resort.

Facility and location is good. Nice beach , great food and friendly staff

However, This room 2202 have so much problems. Including broken hair dryer and water leaking

Meanwhile, the clean lady didn’t clean our room second day because she too busy (one person need to clean 3 floors of rooms) still came to handle our room before evening.

5 stars because their great attitude and willing to solve problem instantly.

Best location for family’s vacation trip. Many activities for kids. There are few restaurants inside the hotel so after check-in you dont need to go out anymore. Nice and various choices of breakfast. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Well done Movenpick Pattaya.

FYI, There are many kids in the pool. Since the hotel is really great for family trip. If you dont like kids then you should avoid visiting during public holiday time.

Our recent stay at Mövenpick Pattaya Hotel was truly delightful. As a family of five, including a young child, we found the accommodation perfectly suited to our needs, with two spacious rooms – one featuring king beds and the other with twin beds. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to assist at a moment’s notice. Cleanliness was commendable, and the variety of pools, including a kiddie pool, mushroom pool, adult pool, and slides, provided endless entertainment for all ages. Access to the beach was an added bonus. The food stood out for its freshness, taste, and reasonable pricing. While the cleanliness wasn’t flawless, it was very well maintained overall. The abundance of chairs and towels, coupled with attentive service, made our experience highly comfortable. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit to this outstanding hotel.

Fantastic value for money. Huge pool and directly on the beach. Spa & fitness room very good. The Staff were friendly and professional.Enjoyed the buffet style breakfast, excellent choice and quality. Our rooms were very spacious with a balcony ,looking west out onto the beach and sea.

we got an upgrade to a executive suite, which is very spacious and well equipped! All staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed happy hour in the lounge. The steak restaurant offered delicious food. Pool is very large and well maintained.

I come Movenpick after mid-night (almost 12:30am). But there are several receptionists help me to check in. They are nice and explain to me all the service we can enjoy in the hotel. I stayed in the hotel for two nights. All the staffs including life guards, baby sisters in children room and waitress in chocolate bar are nice to my family. I really enjoy the holiday in Movenpick Siam Pattaya. I will definitely come again next year. thanks

Best location for all the activities a holiday would need. Good food , great facilites, service is impeccable. Price is very reasonable for all the package you get .
Now my most favourite hotel in pattaya.

Great family time at this hotel; lots of activities for kids and enough for adults to enjoy as well. Accommodation by staffs and managers were genuine, especially at the Club Lounge. Suite was worth the upgrade. Room was big and clean and had breath taking views and atmosphere.

Didn't stay at the hotel but uses the pool services and had lunch there. The services was great 👍. Thumb up for our server Otto. Very attentive , foods was very tasty and good portions. Don't mind to come back next time.

Luxury hotel with a beautiful ocean view. The staff both at the front desk and the bar wer very friendly. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The gym is open 24 hours which is another plus.

Stayed with my wife in this hotel during our vacation in January. The weather in this season is very good. The water in the pool and in the sea is warm. We got a room on the 34th floor with amazing view. Special thanks to the staff at Chok and Jikki as the food and service was top.
