Asia's Beach Apartments

We stayed at Asia’s Beach Apartment for 10 nights. The room was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The host, Mr. Frankie, was always ready to help. He gave us a lot of information about the surroundings. He also provided us with many toys for our son and even beach accessories. The location of Asia’s Beach Apartment was perfect, with many cafes, shops, massage parlors, and an excellent seafood market nearby. We are very grateful to Mr. Frankie for a wonderful vacation. We definitely recommend it.

We stay there for 2 nights. Frankie, the host welcome us and help to carry our bags as there is no lift in the building. He gives us all the info about Sattahip town and few tips about the bike rental/ massage/ restaurants etc.

The room comes with king size bed with great designed .

The location is very convinient as the beach is 10 minutes away and it is 5 minutes from everything else.

Overall it is very good experience and we highly recommended

Everything was perfect, I stayed 4 months and I felt like home. The owner, Frankie is great guy and helps you with all the stuff you ever need. I would highly recommend his place short or long term!

But beware, there is this guard dog named snowball who mainly gets ”angry” for trashmen 😉 hahah

Bang Sare itself is chill and not at all the ”sincity” than Pattaya. I would definetly come back to this place.

This is one of my most impressive stay overs with no pool and no views. BUT has the best inn keeper ever - Frankie and his wife - who mote than make it up to you. Super helpful, friendly. Super clean, modern. Great location. Easy walk 8-10 minutes to park, beach. And sime food sources even closer. Great spot!

A delightful and well located home away from home. The rooms are kept very well and everyone's just so polite and ready to help.
You're literally within 5 minutes to food, supermarket, market and the beach. Bangsaray is unpretentious and an enclave of calm if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of touristy Pattaya.
And, it's dog friendly, too. Your host Frankie will always make you feel like you're home.

This is one of the best places I have stayed at in all my travels around the world. Frankie, the boss man is the best owner of a building that I've ever met. The standard of his rooms are perfect. If you stay more than one week, the bed linen and towels are changed and the room is cleaned to a showroom condition. You will not meet a better owner than Frankie. His cute little dog Snowball is a great addition to this accommodation. It's like a home from home and I'm proud to say that this place does actually feel like a home from home but to a 5 star hotel standard. The beach is only 150m away and Frankie can help you with all and everything. What a fantastic place and the best service of anywhere I've ever stayed. Thank you Frankie and Snowball for a stay that I will never ever forget. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is modern,clean and very comfortable
I really would struggle to find any faults for the price I paid - 4 star is far more accurate than the 3 stars it has 🤔
It's a few mins walk to the beach and has a fantastic market nearby
I just can't praise this place enough but I will say I was not in the area for a beach holiday but more for other attraction of which Bang Saray has many 👍

Mine host Franky what a lovely man,nothing is too much trouble to him and his wife.
Absolutely spotlessly clean and spacious rooms,cleaned and serviced daily,want a taxi,as franky,want to hire a scooter ask Franky,advice on where to eat,shop,whatch the football,nothing too much trouble for this guy,goes out of his way to make you welcome. I have stopped in hotels costing 4 times the price and not received the service that Franky and family provide, I would recommend anybody visiting Bangsaray to check out this place. Thank you for a memorable stay Franky. And better not forget Snowball the dog.

Beautiful, clean and quiet family run, serviced apartments. There's also a microwave, fridge, cutlery and a hot pot to cook in your room. The owner is very helpful and made my family very welcome. He offered beach chairs and mats for our trip to the beach. Walking distance to a small bar and restaurant, local markets and convenience shops (7/11s) and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying here, an absolute gem of a find.

well appointed apartments, with cooking facilities. Very clean and quiet. Closeto many places to eat/drink.Sofa will convert to bed (very comfortable). Host Frankie is very very friendly-if you want anything just ask him. Free on site car parking. Want to go back again>

It was perfect for our family. From Bangkok approximately 2hrs drive (NEW EXTENSION MOTORWAY 7, VERY FAST, BYPASS PATAYA). Still new, very clean, spacious, parking, local markets with fresh seafood, street food, 7-11 and the beach all less than 4 mins away. The pics of the rooms you see here are exactly what you'll get. The owner takes care of the property, very helpful and very accommodating. Recommend and will return.

We have stayed at this luxuryhotel for more than a month now.
Everything is new and fresh and the owners are very nice and service oriented and take good care of their guests. Large room with well functioning ac, always clean, own kitchen and large fridge.
200 meters to the beach and supermarket and lots of restaurants outside. It's great to stay here and very affordable.

Me and my family stayed there last weekend due to unforseseen circumstance the apartments were closed the weekend earlier. Not to worry as we had a fabulous 3 nights stay in beautiful clean rooms, furnished to a high modern standard. Its very close to the park, beach and center of Bangsaray. So alls at hand no driving needed just walk and relax. Frankie the owner is a lovely pleasant guy who can't do enough to help. Thanks we ll be back Christmas.

Saw it, tried it, loved it... Quite new appartments on 3 floors with all amenities in the rooms. The quality of design and furniture is outstanding and therefore value for money just fantastic.
Right in the middle of Bang Saen Village with parking in front and everything for a visit around the corner.
The owner himself, Scotsman 'Frankie', is very pleasant and helpful.
If you want to get away from the bustling city of Pattaya or just visit Bang Saen for a short or long term period give this place a try! You won't be disappointed.
