U Pattaya

Very nice location besides the beach. Excellence view of the sea and skyline, sun set view was splendid. The EV charger was very handy for our EV. We was staying in a Pool Villa for a night and it was awesome. The villa itself was very peaceful and wonderfully private. The room temperature was right and its high ceiling make it looks spacious. The breakfast was a bit basic with limited selections but the breathing view from the restaurant was a very nice touch.

A luxury hotel with good value. We booked a 2-bedroom villa with a private pool for 2 nights. We had a great time in the hotel. I enjoyed soaking myself in the infinite swimming pool and watching the sunset on the beach with a few stairs away from the pool. Also, their services are perfect. Especially, the one named Miguel who speaks a little Mandarin is always helpful in checking our needs during our breakfast. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Pattaya

As all family rooms / pool villas were booked out I was still very welcome as a day guest along with my daughter and family, who were lucky to score a beautiful ensuite room.
All facilities are magnificent! All staff are super friendly, professional, and attentive to our every wish.

Lovely place. We reached very early, way before our check in time but they were kind enough to accommodate us. Good breakfast spread and a la carte options. The best part was the beach- very clean and good seating arrangements. Highly recommend it. You'll need some transportation to go to the main city center area but if you are looking for some peace and quite, it's a great option

I have chosen this eco-resort among many other fabulous-looking resorts in Pattaya, cause of the excellent review I've red. I can confirm I was not disappointed, on the contrary the accommodation, the hospitality, the tasty food and delicious cocktails, and the attention of the staff to every little detail went above my expectation.
From the start, receptionist has given us all information we needed for our stay.
Every corner of the room wad made for our comfort and the restroom so big and well equipped, offered also a bench were to keep clothes and shoes. I only would put more hangers. Even staying in the balcony was pleasant thanks to the ventilator. And we did not suffer mosquitos the way we were expecting.
Cleaning standard was excellent everywhere.
Liked the habit of the staff to take off shoes before entering our room.
Included in the room was the use of bathrobes, flip flops, slippers, and pool bag.
Housekeeper has been so caring that she left extra towels and extra foam soap once she noticed we were actually using the bath tub on the balcony.
All staff from receptionist, to housekeepers, to restaurant/bar attendants never denied us a warm smile and greeting everytime were coming across. They served us very professionally and made us feel highly valued. We appreciated the little things they were doing for our comfort, that we really didn't expect, like offering mosquito skin repellent at dinner.
Even though the prices are not so cheap compared to the standard prices in Thailand, and the location is not ideal being quite isolated from everything, the nearest grocery is 15 minutes walk and Pattaya centre is about 30 minutes car jounery, both myself and my husband left the place very good impressed with the promise to come back. I was extremely fascinated by the service provider of this hotel :) Especially for Miguel, Chalong, Nok, and Suchart. If you coming here, you would not only gain the good favor from many foods, but you will also gain the great service from these lovely staff <3

The room we were in has an aircon fluid issue but they were kind enough to move us into a much better house. Overall the place was roomy, open and comfy. Breakfast too suits our palate but I wish they could bring in more variety. It has an infinity pool that stretches to the edge of beautiful Pattaya gulf, and the long strip of beach is free for all guests. Highly recommended if you are longing for somewhere that is less crowded and distracting than the city itself.

They serve and have a good attitude. They carried our luggage to the third floor，guided us to the room, and briefly introduced about the room

The room is clean，bed is big and super comfortable, Also,there is a bathtub where can enjoy the view while taking a bath.

Thank you Tono，Kan，Ton, it was very late, they were willing to let us order, they very warm and always serve us with smile.😄

The breakfast was delicious and the choice was extensive.
The pool is big and clean.

In addition, 24-hour any check-out service is really good, so that I can sleep longer and no need to nervously pack. I really enjoy it here. It's a good choice for a holiday😎

The hotel's swimming pool is beautiful, and it has a private beach, delicious breakfast, it is a bit far from Pattaya city center, about 30 mins drive. The hotel staff(Miguel) very friendly.
Overall, it was a very good trip.

Everything is good! The hotel near the beautiful beach and have a good service from staffs named KAN, NONY, and TON. They recommended about delicious food or meal and serve quickly.The room is clean and peaceful. Thank you for looking after me and my family.

This hotel is amazing!

Stayed here for 6 nights. Everything is really perfect. From the doormen, reception and especially the restaurant staff is extremely good. All the staff is so friendly, and they will help you with everything.

The hotel is not in Pattaya center, but about 30min drive. But at this location you will get direct beach access and a really nice and calm surroundings.

The room is big and nice. But again, the staff is amazing!

We travelled in a group over the Christmas period and had a fantastic holiday at U Pattaya from start to finish. The hotel was amazing and the staff are lovely and extremely personable.

The food in the restaurant was brilliant with a wide variety of choice each day at breakfast.

The infinity pool was lovely overlooking the sea and you could also see the city in the backdrop which was cool.

There was a nice little gym on site which was ideal also.

All of the staff were amazing and friendly however we would like to give a special mention to the following staff members:

May who works in the reasturant. May is an extremely friendly and kind lady who always went out of her way to help. She was amazing with our 1 year old baby and made a massive effort with him every day. May always has a smile on her face and is a credit to the hotel.

The head chef was also very friendly and kind man who made a big effort to come and say hello every day and brought over fresh fruit to our baby. The food he prepared was also excellent.

Finally Cherry who is the manager. We have stayed in many hotels and have never come across such a lovely, genuine and personable manager. Cherry is very attentive and went out of her way to help and make sure everything was ok each day. Cherry is very present and visible in the hotel which is lovely. She made sure we had a lovely room to get ready on the day that we were leaving which was greatly appreciated. She also made the effort to come and say goodbye and wave us off when we were leaving for the airport which was soo nice.

We will definitely be back in the future and want to thank everyone at U Pattaya for such a lovely experience :) x

Amazing experience at U Pattaya.
It felts like a resort in Koh Samui, low rise, on the beach, so peaceful and quiet, amazing beautiful beach.
But the best experience was with the team as they were all so friendly, polite and warm. Cudos to their leader K Cherry, great work! Will be back soon again.

The resort is super nice and cozy. The environment is spacious. The staffs are very friendly, warm greeting and helpful esp. F&B during breakfast, Kan, Bird, Tee and Buay represent the great service and memorable experience. Will definitely come back for sure.
