Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa

We didn’t stay here, unfortunately. We booked a little closer to Tutu Beach. However we did have breakfast here. It was amazing!

You have several different cuisine types to
Choose from; American, Thai, Indian and other international flavors. Great omelette to order bar, pastries and fruit. We’ll definitely eat here again!

Sit inside or out , either way you have a wonderful and attentive staff! Great foods and awesome view.

This was one of our best family vacations! Nothing more to wish for! Hotel facilities were amazing, food was beyond delicious, hotel stuff was family like! Special thanks goes to Johnie, Au and Chak (apologies iif name misspelled)! Our 3 y o traveled with us and absolutely loved kid’s club! Thank you Treasures Team!

Beautiful hotel, attentive polite staff, nothing is too much trouble. Beach a short walk from the room. Pebbles restaurant watching the sun set was fantastic. Great selection of food for breakfast highly recommended. Great selection of food, smoothies and cocktails. Throughly enjoying my stay.

We’ve enjoyed ourselves very much during our stay at Renaissance. The staff were friendly and paid extra attention to their service. Kudos to Baiyok, Kan, Maya and even chef Phillip. Room was huge with bathtub and shower. Food for breakfast was good though repetitive. Gym was well equipped. Buggy is provided to deliver your bag to/from your room. Beach was generally clean. Swimming pool for adult is separated from the general pool. Kids room for the children.

Probably maintenance really need to buck up. Lots of crack on the wall and condition in the bathroom isn’t the best. Also, the people at the swimming pool bar should pay more attention to guests.

Nice hotel and very good service especially the staff named Fain at fitness room who is very attentive and skillful in her stretch and yoga coaching. I really enjoy it. Breakfast is splendid with a wide array of food to choose. The lobby is fabulous. I really enjoy the scenery of the sea viewing from the lobby.

I definitely have to give 5 stars here because they are really care about the guest. I got my room upgrade to the very best view possible! Awesome!

Love the swimming pools. They have adult pool and family pool with pool access.
Breakfast is just nice. I personally recommend their fresh made French Toast with honey!
The lobby is just incredible. I love how they raise it up to second floor and let the air flow from the sea to the lobby! Very lovely and feel so great at the same time! No need of any air conditioning!

Quiet hotel in Pattaya, good facilities and staffs. Especially, kid club staff. They are very kind and friendly, my daughter stay in kid club 2-3 hrs per day. Swimming pool is nice, also breakfast. Beach is just ok, but quiet and calm.

One of my go-to resorts in Pattaya. This beachfront property is very beautiful. Room is clean and spacious. The swimming pool and the grounds have very relaxing atmosphere.

Breakfast is of excellent quality and there is a lot of options.

Staff are very welcoming and attentive to details. It's truly 5-star service from the staff.

The property is located on a the quiet side of Pattaya, and far from the hustle and bustle and the vibrant, if not crazy, Pattaya night life. Therefore, if you're into parties and night life, this isn't the resort to stay. If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet place to stay and relax by the beach, Renaissance Pattaya could be your ideal choice.

We went there during Christmas Eve and on Christmas 2023.

This hotel really impressed me and in fact exceeded my expectations at every level compelling me to write this review. Very much a resort feel. Infinity pools, beach location, sunset views, amazing breakfast and ala carte with a view dining restaurant, this renaissance checks all the boxes. The lobby is very spacious and welcoming reminding me of a resort in Mexico and like a Caribbean location. The team is very capable and cheerful. In particular, the manager Hamza who introduced himself, breakfast and restaurant host Ton, and Oat at check in really made the trip perfect. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the highest floor with excellent views of the sea. Room service was excellent. Gym is not very big but has all that's needed for a great work out, again also with a view. Jomtien is a nicer beach than pattaya and definitely less busy which is an aspect I enjoyed. I am returning again in three days before I fly out of Bangkok. Again, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great family friendly hotel. Plenty of activities for the kids, great food, nearby golf course.

In line with other reviews, the service at Renaissance is wonderful. Although I speak thai, being able to speak to any staff member in English was just great. The room itself was nice, new looking, and clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Thailand. The seafood buffet at night was great - there was grilled seafood for my wife and also some kid friendly food for my 2 year old.

Two highlights in my book were the waterpark for my son and that Phoenix Gold Golf course is only 15 mins away.

A note for possible improvement, a shuttle to and from the golf course would be amazing. I have a car, but it would've been nice to drink a bit more on the course with the boys and not worry about getting back to the hotel. A sign up list for teetimes with other hotel guests could be a fun idea.

Resort is absolutely stunning. It was family friendly, with kids clubs and kid's swimming pool. Also an enjoyable place for adults without children to hang out as well. Staff was friendly, rooms were emacullate. One of the best hotels I've stayed at

Location is great easy to get a ride even if you are only stay in the hotel there is a great local restaurant 15 minutes walk
Breakfast was great , Thai noodle was very good i would say 90-95% original taste

The hotel is suitable for relaxing, the atmosphere is very good, the breakfast is delicious and there are many fun activities to play within the hotel. The swimming pool is very large, suitable for family groups.

Luxurious property in Pattaya, but very far from city centre, almost 20kms. Food options are wide seafoods r awesome..infinity pool is the best place to spend time..but to enjoy pattaya night life , not recommended

Fully delivers on the promise. Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel and the beach is as nice as it gets around Pattya.

-The room is big and clean. I very like the sofa. The bed is soft, new and don’t have bad smell.
-The bathroom is big and clean. Shampoo, conditioner and bath gel are good quality.
- the location is private because it out of Pattaya city so it suitable for the family with kid.

Stayed two nights here and my favourite spot is the breakfast area overlooking the pool and sea. The location is little far from city center, no other activities or entertainment around the hotel area.

LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH THIS DESERVE MORE THAN 5 STARS! We booked this place during the Rolling Loud Festival, it was only 6 minutes away. Checking in was a breeze and there was a car to take us to our room with our luggage. Room was clean, place was so beautiful with the pool (there’s two btw) and have private beach if you prefer a sandy beach to get sun. Room service was so quick even at 2am and I really appreciate the service like this. They also provide help and services but private taxis and bus for the festival which give us at ease. Kudos to this guy (forgot what was his name but he is quite handsome, someone whom you will never forget during your stay) who was so top notch with his hospitality. Good job guys and thanks for taking care of us when we were there!
