Avada Hotel

We have stayed at this reasonably priced hotel for years and have always been happy. The rooms are spacious, conveniently furnished and clean, with daily housekeeping service. Their beds AND PILLOWS are among the most comfortable we have ever experienced in hotels around the world. The rain showers offer a truly satisfying experience with quality shower heads and strong water pressure.
Avada’s breakfast items vary on a daily basis and are are always fresh and tasty. The team keeps the buffet tidy even when the hotel is full.
We like the quiet location a bit outside the city, but there is no public transport. Taxis and Songthaews are your only options if you don’t have a car.

The rooms are very neat, so a +++ for cleanliness. It's not an extravagant place where you'd stay for a long time, but great to stay overnight before going over to or coming back from Koh Chang. Breakfast is optional so be sure to discuss with reception for additional discount if you don't need breakfast.

Probably the best choice if you are staying in Trad city. The layout of the rooms as well as the facilities are that of typical city hotels in Thailand (3 starts), and the price is normally less than 1000B per night. However, unlike other mediocre city hotels, the rooms are kept clean and functional, and moreover what I like about this hotel is its shower; endless waterfall like hot shower. Most of the hotels in Thailand use small individual instantaneous electric water heaters, however this hotel seems to have a centralized boiler.

Some drawbacks: it is far from the city center, so it is not convenient for the users of public transportation. No convenience stores nearby. Hotel type refrigerator, which is quiet but small, not powerful, and no freezer space. Thus if you buy food/drinks outside, you may face some issues.

Great, Comfy, and new hotel. Better than expectation regarding on quality of room furnishings and well designed toilet. Adequate breakfast too.

Avada hotel is close to where I live so I haven't stayed the night. However, I have eaten here several times and often drop in for a drink to take away.
It's easy to find as it's next to Global House and I would have no reservations about recommending it.

The hotel is new and clean with a super soft bed sheet. Food was not bad. Overall, good budget hotel with SHA certified

The hotel is not really in the city center but takes only 5-10 mins drive to the city center. The room is new and clean. The bed is super comfy. I’ll definitely come back here again.

Very nice place to stay in Trat, either for business or vacation. Easy to access, very clean, quiet, comfy bed and pillows, plus good food and kind services. Impressed!
