Kasikorn Bank Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)

Too high bank charges for International Money Transfers and annual charge for having an ATM CARD. Also when I started a savings account I was told the Interest rate I would receive for the 5 months that was remaining in the savings product. After the 5 months I had to close the account by the bank and take my interest. The staff member then admitted she had made a mistake calculating my interest and she should have informed me it was for 12 months interest and not for 5 months before I opened the account. She did make an apology but the bank was still going to pay me over 7,000 Baht less than what I was told at the time of opening the account and I was also charged Government tax on the interest they paid. Instead of receiving 12,325 Baht I ended getting approx 5,100 Baht.
The bank never did repay the difference back even though their mistake was made.
No members of staff in this Trat branch can speak any English well enough for most banking needs.
All staff are very helpful and all staff were very friendly at all times. Shame about their charges.
