Provided transport for passengers and bags to the ferry, and then from ferry to hotel although, the transport on Koh Kood can be cramped with bags. Ferry itself is comfortable as expected with air conditioning. The advertised 45 minute trip is wrong though, ferry duration is approximately 1 hour like the other operators.
