Banbua Grand Udon

We are a Couple and come here four Time's
The reason is. All is perfect for us.
The Location, the Room. Very clean and spacious.
Delicious Breakfast we enjoy it every single day!

And a nice Pool and of course a big compliment to the Poolbar Keeper
Mr.Che Po. He do a fantastic Job. He Care his Guests very good!
And he offer and mixed you very lecker Cocktail's between 3 - 5pm

Service is kind, happy and fast.
It’s a very clean, welcoming establishment.
On arrival there was a friendly door man which helped me with my bags. Very nice entrance and reception was ready and waiting. There’s welcome drinks to choose from and check in was seamless.
The rooms are stylish and on the 3rd floor you get a good. Kew from the small balcony.
The beds are very comfortable along with super nice pillows. Great little coffee pod machine which was a fantastic addition, small fridge which was very handy and kettle, tea, coffee etc.
Great TV reception with many channels tho 95% only in Thai.
Room service and the food are incredible.
Very tasty menu and the flavours are 10/10
Hot water on demand and great bathroom and water pressure….
Location is absolutely excellent with great restaurants, many bars and Central mall within 3-5minutes walk
Highly recommend and will definitely make this my go to place in Udon Thani.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the Ban Bua Grand Hotel in Udon Thani. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel itself is stunning and well kept, with the highlight being the gorgeous pool (and happy hour!). The location is great, walking distance to a bunch of night markets and a big shopping complex. We'll definitely be back!

Hotel is recent so all is very clean.

The room was immaculate. The aircon is nice and cold. Great shower and good pressure. Staff were amazing. Nicest hotel on the strip, in my opinion.

If you stay in Udon Thani you need to stay at the Banbua Grand hotel, the hotel is like new, the staff are amazing and the rooms are amazing, swimming pool and restaurant are great too, I cannot praise this hotel enough I can't wait to go back

Stayed for two nights, great hotel for the price paid. Staff very helpful and friendly always a smile on their faces. Nice pool area and fitness studio on the second floor. Water pressure and shower in room was great nice and hot, we were located on the fourth floor. Location is close to Central Shopping Mall but with some nightlife close by, could here some noise from the bars, but didn't detract from a pleasant stay. Would stay again.

I really can't find fault with this hotel, it ticks all the boxes. Location is excellent with Central shopping mall a few minutes walk away. You have many places to eat, particularly food courts nearby. It is also the street with the "girly bars" but you don't get any disturbance from these at night. I got the room I requested on the top (5th floor) which was very quiet. The rooms are spacious and the large bed very comfortable. The bathroom has large walk-in shower the both plunge shower and adjustable shower heads. Everything spotless and clean. Small gym and swimming pool with bar. WiFi was also excellent, could stream video from anywhere in the hotel including the swimming pool. Finally, wonderful buffet breakfast included in the deal serving pretty much everything you could want. I certainly made the most of this and didn't need to eat again until the evening. TV is all Thai original or Thai dubbed, but with good WiFi I could access streaming services (Netflix etc) via my Tablet. One small suggestion, it would be nice to have a reading/bedside light, all lighting is from the ceiling.

One of if not the best hotel stays we have had in Thailand.
No negatives whatsoever, 5 star service from the moment we entered the property. All staff Spoke & understood English great. The prices were great, rooms spotless clean, service staff including the doorman to the manager were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was excellent. Suite was well appointed, good shower. Can walk to Mall and many good restaurants. Did not take the breakfast.

I married in Udon Thani last year, and we stayed at Banbua for around 2 months. We've tried other guest houses in the area, but Banbua has a higher standard all over. Good location, 2 minutes walk from Central Plaza, 4 minutes from UD Town. Breakfast is nice, with a decent selection between Thai & Continental dishes, and most important of all; a coffee machine that grinds each cup. Great value for money. (I've been a hotel professional for 16 years).

Clean room. Great help with parking and luggage. Front desk was efficient. Easy walking to shopping, restaurants and more.

Friendly & helpful stuff, accidentally left my sunglasses at a restaurant, front desk staff assisted me to call to the restaurant and arranged Grab delivery to deliver my sunglasses back to hotel , thanks a lot for 14 Dec night & 15 morning reception stuffs 😘

Beautiful, clean hotel with great service. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were large and comfortable. The only negative is that because of the location it can be very loud at night from the bars nearby.

Very good Wifi and a super Italian Coffee machine in the Room.
Nice Pool with Pool bar happy hour from 3 - 5pm.
And last but not least the Breakfast very delicious many choices for Asian's and Westerners like me😊

Nothing much to dislike. Very nice, light, airy rooms, comfy bed, kettle, nespresso machine. Nice pool, decent gym. Helpful friendly staff. Excellent location for bars, redtsurants, central plaza. Very vlose to both bus snd train stations. All for around £30 a night.

A bit of late night music from nearby bars and a persistent Cockerell. But good robust double glazing blocks most of it.

Stayed in Banbua Grand Udon 12 Dec to 14 Dec 2022, Just the basic room. Very nice, good queen size bed very comfy, Great internet, Good bathroom and the coffee machine makes excellent coffee,.
Also has a nice size pool and small basic gym. Location is excellent.
Good price and all staff were very helpful and friendly.
On site parking.
