A pretty good gym with a good deal for a month membership at 800 baht or 100 baht casual visit. It has all the equipment you will need with lockers to store your stuff. Good cool Aircon and fans on. I will go back next time.

A small but well equipped gym. Only 100 baht for a day pass, with even cheaper deals for weekly and monthly membership. Air-conditioning, cardio machines that work, multiple squat racks, everything you need. My hotel was nearby so I never used the shower here so I can't comment on that. Never crowded when I went. Also there's a street food market really close that's open from noon. 10/10

Nice place where you can get a full workout for a small cost. The staff and fellow fitness enthusiasts are very friendly. Equipment enough to fufill your workout needs if you are a beginner or a frequent gym enthusiast.

As good as the gym you'd find in Europe or the US. A tremendous amount of really good weight-training kit and enough CV equipment. The CV stuff actually works and is maintained, so you can work hard, bucket sweat and achieve something. The gym's very conveniently located right next to Central Plaza, UD Town, the night market and all else, so you can stagger out and get something to eat. The used to offer a deal for the over 50s if you train before a certain time, but the normal membership (1,000 baht a month in 2016) is fair value.

nonsense Chris- the place has loads of benches, 2 leg presses, smith machine, lat pulldown, row machine, free weights and all the rest. Fully equiped with cardio machines as well. Locker/shower rooms. Great price and promotions.

Une salle de fitness bien équipée aux tarifs attractifs. Un accueil et une ambiance très sympathiques. Idéal pour une pratique autonome ou bien encadrée par des coaches sportifs attentifs et compétents.

Für mich sind zu wenig Maschinen hier, aber vielleicht fühle ich mich noch nicht ganz Wohl, weil alles neu für mich ist. Der Preis mit 799 THB/Monat ist es sicher Wert! Nach 2 Wochen kann ich sicher mehr sagen.

Die zwei Wochen sind um, und meine Meinung hat sich geändert! Mittlerweile erinnert es mich an alte Gewichtheberzeiten, viele motivierte SportlerInnen! Komm gerne her!
